It is a userfriendly software

  • January 30, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy tool to work for sales people, Its a best software where hubspot works like a personalized secretary to remind me everything and each movement of my sales prospects. It make me to understand clearly about the buyer person. Converting of sale through hubspot is really easy and sales cycle and stage is very fast through customization mode.I like the flexibility of properties and the linking/tracking options. While there are definitely limitations that are frustrating, I do find it very user-friendly and relatively powerful. It's moved us forward in a big way in terms of tracking and attributing leads, tagging and categorizing clients, etc. And the sequencing feature is a BIG time save. Possibly the single most useful thing.
I like and recommended this software for all the new and developed companies to increase their sale count and also revenue through hubspot. Each day they will provide the new learnings also.
Their social collaboration has been excellent as they support a lot of 3rd party apps to be integrated within the tool.
Excellent customer support and followup as and when required
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing on a deal-by-deal basis is a bit more tedious as the insights aren't as detailed.
We also have constant issues with load-times for making updates on deals.
Sometimes it can be sort of slow and support could be better. Could have better impletementation of business to business sales records,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do business to business sales and we use this for the best clients only,we use this software to track clients and organize sales records. Benefits would be making followup easier for us. As we mail 100 email per week (proposals). So it helps in making another following up email easier.Tracking all of the deals that are prospecting deals and not in my work system as clients. Plus I can set up reminders to reach out to people and that's something that typically clutters up my calendar and doesn't really belong there. The business problem we are solving mainly generation of leads through various sources for example like a lead or prospect directly visits a site we can generate a lead by gathering the information such as mail-id, name and phone number. The benefits is closing of a sale has became now easier as we can prioritize the prospect and we can focus on particular prospect and the sale is happening.

Online Cloud CRM to Scale a business from scratch

  • January 26, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Hubspot, You are easily able to keep track of campaigns, contracts and sales goals. They include a Sales Dashboard that allows you to see the activity of your team and who is closing the most deals. They also have tools that let's you see who is opening your emails and and filling out lead forms on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that although the CRM is nice, alot of the analytics is off. They use past goals and sales to predict the quota for the month, but it doesn't take into account, lucky sales or sales that were spontaneous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot CRM we are able to keep track of all our clients and filter them out from prospect to closed deals, allowing is to automate our workflow. Without Hubspot, we would have still been using an excel spreadsheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is very scale-able, everything is readily available on the cloud making it a CRM on the go! It's free when you start and allows you to use all their features once you are able to afford it.

Very powerful tool with just a few weaknesses

  • January 26, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate sales sequences saves a good amount of time when reaching out to a large number of similar prospects on a daily basis. I really like that I can see who is opening my emails in real time to get an idea of who is engaging and would make the most sense to follow up with quickly while my message is still top of mind. I enjoy that it is a very easy tool to manage prospect and client profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales sequences don't show open rates or click rates - just replies. There are bugs and layout changes frequently, which create minor disruptions to my systematic workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to organize our prospects, track activities, and manage tasks to save time and measure effectiveness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If A/B testing your messaging on the sales end of things is a priority for you, this tool lacks the metrics that could effectively make testing easy. It doesn't help you find the reasons why one sales sequence might be more effective than another. It does offer all of these tools on the marketing side of things, however. So you could take a message to their marketing suite and test open rates, click rates, and more to get an idea of what messages work best before taking them to the sales sequence step. It just feels like more work than necessary for a management tool. There is a lot to love about HubSpot, but just know it isn't perfect.

Amazing Software For Sales

  • January 26, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
From all the CRMs I’ve used, HubSpot has been by far the best. One of my favorite things is that it integrates with almost any other application you can think of. I would go as far as saying that it’s the #1 CRM with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the thing that I dislike is how the contacts are managed. Not a huge minus but I’ve seen other software, like Pipedrive, handle it way better. After a while, HubSpot starts getting very messy in the contacts section. I think if they were to make it a little more like Pipedrives contact management, I’d be the perfect CRM. Also, HubSpot really needs to work on the mobile app. That's were it's really lacking behind every other CRM. I don't even have the app on my phone because of the lack of features on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me and my team stay on top of our sales pipeline. That means we're easily able to track who we've gotten in contact with and who is likely to become a customer.

HubSpot CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is very user-friendly. Also, the fact that they make themselves available if you are having issues - whether its via chat or a call; the wait is never long and their customer service is phenomenal. Lastly, that you can find anything in their learning center.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor thing I dislike is that sometimes you have to manually adjust the HTML settings when working on an email or newsletter. The system will show the work distorted and many times its not a simple fix - you have to open the HTML settings and adjust there, which many people don't know how to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our everyday business activities - this helps us manage what project/tasks we have open and what is still pending. We are also able to do other multiple things like integrate our social media strategy, send out newsletters/emails, blogs, use for our site etc.

Creating CRM from scratch

  • January 23, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Outlook is fantastic. It allows my team to easily add customers and companies to the tool so they can be tracked for future business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are a little clunky and hard to understand. I wish there was more offered in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to track the jobs our team is working on and their workload. This has allowed us to see if we need to follow-up with customers as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great started CRM product that is free. It also is open source so all the data can be exported from it to another CRM in the future

Lead Account Specialist

What do you like best about the product?
Using hubspot as our CRM allows us to easily track our correspondence with all our contacts. The use of personalized dashboards creates elevated visibility on aspects such as contact activity, and new site visits from new and current contacts. I like how I can organize my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to create a task for a contact or company in order to put that contact in a call queue list. I wish that queues and task were not connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and daily structured workflow. I've only used HubSpot so I don't know what benefits we have gained. But as we are figuring out all of the true functions of HubSpot we're gaining efficiencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you purchase the CRM make sure you take the time to fully understand it's actual functions.

Aggressive Sales Tool!

  • January 18, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using hubspot for past 1.5 Years, It's been a good experience till now. We have took Hubspot Sales subscription for our Business Development Team. We majorly use it for mail tracking and following up with clients. It has features which are very helpful to work it out to make closures and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gives notifications which doesn't happen, so if you send an email to the team and couple of people are cced then you'll receive notification for someone has opened the email rather telling the name of the person. So it gets little confusing if we cc official employees and send it to client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits would be making followup easier for us. As we mail 100 email per week (proposals). So it helps in making another following up email easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I would recommend it.

Hubspot for tracking and automation

  • January 16, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of properties and the linking/tracking options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't make changes to deals from within the gmail sidebar, and that I have to wait for a new tab to load every time I want to make a small change like updated deal stage or something. It's a bummer because so much of what I like about Hubspot is the time it saves me, but then I lose time again because there's so much loading/waiting happening. It's not great a de-duping, but they've improved that recently by letting you merge contacts at least.
the sales analytics features are nice, but a bit clunky to use. I wish I could select/filter better in that reports section to compare sequences/templates side-by-side better. Simply things like it does let you select with checkboxes which templates you're interested in, but then it doesn't let you sum those together or compare in a list (all the others not selected kinda stick around in the way and I do manual addition to add up my total numbers for my weekly reports for instance.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation of sales followups process is HUGE. saving me lots of time and catching lots of people that used to slip through the cracks. tracking and analyzing deals and client leads is way better with the reporting and sales analytics features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth exploring! But you need to pay a lot to really get good use out of its power. I wish we were one subscription level up, but it's waaaay too expensive for us.

Intuitive and Simple

  • January 15, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible customer service. They train your whole team and provide monthly touch points. Next level client relations. It's a simple interface with a lot of helpful functionality. I feel like I can really gauge what the rest of my team is doing and keep tabs on the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be a decent amount of glitches on a regular basis. I feel like I have to ask questions quite often, and I'm a tech savvy person so it's not just me. I also have to login a lot because I get booted out of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a major time saver because I don't have to ask people where they're at with certain accounts, why certain people aren't moving along in the pipeline, etc. There's no need for back and forth communication within the team, it's all in HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't know how this would work for very large sales teams, but for our SMB and smaller sales team, it's perfect. I would definitely recommend a demo and taking the time to weigh your options, but this is a really stellar CRM with a lot of important functionality.
