It's the secret weapon of the sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Software organizes team activities with efficiency. Hubspot CRM has an elegant interface, is structured intuitively which makes it easy to learn how to handle it.
It's a very useful tool for our sales. It allows us to communicate individually with clients, which greatly improves our business relationships.
We can also handle the sales pipeline since every aspect of it is clearly displayed. We synchronize team activities in Google Calendar, share reports in various formats and segmented data seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced some minor bugs with pipeline settings, which we were able to successfully resolve. Overall, we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us manage large volumes of contacts, as a result we see improvements in our lead management performance. It makes us more effective in our work and increases our sales rates.
The information we collect through CRM is very beneficial to innovate our way to sell. Strengthens our business relationships and encourages us to find the best opportunities.

It's a software that I recommend marketing teams. It's great to handle relationships with clients and prospects.
Intuitive and Designer Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
With a graphic Design background, I appreciate that there are ways I can manipulate or create custom modules to get exactly what I want. And whenever I get stuck or want to do something new, there are plenty of resources like the Community and fast support response times to get what we need. Overall HubSpot is very intuitive, and easy to navigate and use. (Oh, and INBOUND rocks!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the background code in HubSpot doesn't play nice with additional code, and lead scoring is cumbersome at best. We were disappointed when lead scoring only moved to the HubSpot Score property, which doesn't address any of the issues of managing lead scoring. In fact, I have more problems with delays in the window populating when I scroll in properties, so it goes blank for a few seconds. And we have so many things scored, that the scroll bar is too sensitive and jumps, so I'm glad I have the option of a trackpad on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to send much more professional looking bulk emails than in the past and the various ways stats can be viewed are great, so users looking at the granular level or broad picture can see what they want quickly. A/B testing gives us insight into what our customers respond best to, and automated workflows to guide them on their journey are awesome!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I mentioned a couple things that don't work great for us in this review, nothing's perfect, and it's obvious HubSpot is always striving to improve on what they have. I work with this software daily, and the norm is a smooth running, robust software that makes life so much easier! HubSpot has also been friendly with integrating other systems we have in place, helping us take it to the next level. It's easy to say this software is wonderful and makes marketing more robust and easy to manage.
User-friendly software!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super easy to use and it's relatively easy to add users with specific access. My favorite aspect of HubSpot CRM is the ability to track all activities and link it to other documents. Hubspot gives me the ability to store all my clients details, their company details and all my communication with them in one bit of software. The HubSpot CRM can also integrate with your Gmail and Office 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM lacks the ability to add multiple email addresses to a single contact record. There are some features missing from software as well. Wish to see more of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it every day, and I am still constantly learning new things and finding new ways to use it and make my work easier. The tracking capabilities are great. This makes the process of branding easy and help us increase our sales opportunities and customers, so simple and seamless.

Try before you buy! The CRM is free, only upgrade if it fits your company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this CRM is that makes it easy to keep tracking the contacts, the speed is outstanding I can go through tabs very quick, there’s no lags, this is very important when you are in a company with a lot of users in order to not slow down productivity, integration is a key point in a sales platform and hubspot does a good job with the ease of integrating other apps like Gmail, google Docs or Mailchimp, you just need to link up Gmail account, is a whole host of others apps, This gives you a better experience and improves productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
the installation and implementation is a bit slow, it is not a big problem, but they can improve at that point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit that hubspot provides to our company is the organization and control we have with current clients and past clients, it is a great tool for inbound marketing, since it automates many tasks that require a lot of time this translates into more deals and less time in data entry, the interaction takes place automatically and allows us to save the clients' data without expiration time.

Perfect for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing and Sales are truly all in one, with easy automation and user-friendly functionality. Their service and onboarding is also really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because they fit so much into one interface some features seem less well-built. I've found the website tools hard to customize and don't love how most sales activities have to happen on the contact-level and not the company-level. Makes complex sales a bit harder to organize, though Deals functionality helps here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup our sales and marketing (and everything else) was really starting at zero, and Hubpsot has allowed me to take ownership over a variety of tasks without having to hire anyone else.

Their sales organization is lovely to work with, and then support, account management, and consulting are all a pleasure as well.

It make me to see plainly about the purchaser individual. I like the fact that this software is free and gives you options to expand to Hubspots other services. I like the fact that it ties into their social media and marketing tools. But it's a little complicated to use. I ended up writing my own CRM called Zilla. I wish it would allow me to see who to call back quickly but that was to hard to figure out. But it's a good place to keep track of your sales contacts. I uesd it for over a year with my App business Wild Apps.

Too complicated. Can't quickly see who to call back.

Allows me to add all my sales contacts in once place and track how I interact with them with calls emails etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love workflows! They make automation so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn and I don't feel like there is enough interactive or learning videos. Reading through all of your material is arduous and time consuming. Plus, not everyone learns the same. I'd take a note from Salesforce when it comes to training. They've got reading, videos and sandbox sites for you to test out what you've just learned (Trailhead).
I also don't understand why you have to click an email for automation. Why can't they all be available for automation at any time?

Best CRM platform, period.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an all-around amazing tool, but what I like most about it is its automation capabilities. It's a lot of work to start, but once you set everything up, it saves you a ton of time.
It's also incredibly intuitive. For instance, I have no background in computer programming, but I was able to program a chat bot for my company's website. Likewise, I have no design skills whatsoever, but HubSpot makes it easy to make professional-looking emails and landing pages with its drag-and-drop editor.

We are now able to track where leads are coming from and if they are converting to sales or not. It has helped us determine what we need to be doing as marketers to better fill the funnel with quality leads. In just over a year and a half, we have exponential increased the amount of leads we are generating, and the number keeps on growing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would leverage HubSpot Academy. HubSpot does a great job creating videos on how to get the most out of its products. Take advantage of them.
Outstanding CRM software solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the features that come with this software platform and allow the user to do various marketing and marketing related actions. If you want an all inclusive platform then HubSpot would suit you. it allows you to take notes from each call you make and can also allow you to record calls and make action points via its interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not keen on the cost and would consider some other platforms first. Although this software allows you to integrate with many other apps. I also would like it to have a bit more features that would allow me to do more marketing campaigns and social media management. You will enjoy using this platform but it will need some extra features added to make it a real contender. if it integrates with other apps then it should allow you to keep track of email campaigns and other app functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps with full client relationship management and note taking and recording. I think Hubspot would work well if you have other apps that you can integrate with this platform so that you get the best use of of all its features. Even though the cost can be a bit high you can still use the free version that still allows you to go about your daily business activities and use the benefits of this software.
