Hubspot is our best tool for web positioning
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease with which we can convert the traffic of our website to potential customers. Hubspot is quite advantageous for automated marketing assistance. We like to have direct communication tools with customers, and to optimize the operation of our website. Hubspot includes an integrated online content manager that can be integrated into various social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something we do not like about hubspot is its high price, of $ 200 per month. That only makes using hubspot limited for new businesses that can not afford such an investment. We do not like the consumer tracking system, because it does not allow tracking by area (and that makes geographic segmentation of customers more difficult).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot we save more time integrating to social networks, and with this we can add more channels when communicating with our customers. The Dashboard that it has is quite easy to manage, and its content management system has made it easier to optimize the SEO positioning of our page. His writing management system for blogs has also helped us improve our online content.

Hubspot is a highly recommended service for medium-sized companies that can afford to invest in its use. It has a lot of uses when it comes to marketing, and it helps a lot to improve the interaction between a website and its visitors. Recommended for marketing agencies.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a new way to upgrade our business of marketing and create good relation with customer and it has all the basic features for having great experience of work for marketing business. Hubspot is an CRM tool so it allows to describe our product details in front of customer and get their attention for further deals. It also gives user a great ability to track customer and communicate with than to tell them further steps of marketing sales. Hubspot is better option for us rather than other market tools to upgrade our marketing business and automate our products as requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is new way of marketing so it's features are relatively new for new user compare by other major CRM of market and it's not advanced yet and relatively inflexible for complete all the tasks of marketing business. Hubspot pricing is so high and trial version don't have all the features as well as in full version. Reporting features need more improvements and sometime small Bugs occur during work. More temples would be more effectual for email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is CRM tool and well organized for our marketing business and most of its features are so helpful for us makes changes easily to our product. It gives us opportunity to explain our product features and convert them as requirements of customer. Customer tracking and email option is best for me to fulfill all the tasks for get orders. Many major CRM are trending in market but HubSpot is best tool for me and give me freedom to work from anywhere and from any portable device.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very useful for CAN tool for business of marketing and it's feature are very effective for our explain about product. Hubspot can update product regularly and allow us to customize product at the requirement of clients. It can easily Synchronize all data and keep records as a backup option. HubSpot integrate with gmail which is very helpful feature for us to contact with customer and conversant with than for further prospects and also track customer and have access to profile of customer. HubSpot gives us full freedom to customize our product and automate business to high levels. It enable us to create a good relation with customer which much beneficial for our business for further deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM is an online marketing tool and gives us opportunity to upgrade our business environment but it has some little bit difficulties need to be resolved, sometime time it works slowly which is time consuming for us. Custom and files option need more improvements and HubSpot CRM is more expensive rather than other marketing CRM tool of market. Some of it features are a bit complex for new user and user need more trading for group on this tool.

HubSpot is a basic platform for marketing business and it's all features are very effective for us to customize our product and describe it's features in front of clients. Customer tracking and email integration is very use full option for us to create a good relation with customer and manage our business environment. HubSpot is easy to install and works efficiently to transform our business to high levels. Customer service of HubSpot is user friendly and help us to solve the problems are we facing during business.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform I like its incorporation is incredible and offers a number of features that are not to be missed, its marketing tools, technical support services, are key to managing the market and promote your company, and each tool is in one place , I am learning a lot with this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not understand coding is sometimes confusing, on the other hand I highlight its qualities, it has tons of resources that prepare me and take me to success, it has helped the company to achieve its goals and continues to grow, with the help of Hubspost., I find it a robust feature software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your personalized panel streamlines my work, the support is always ready to respond to any eventuality and you follow up your concern through an email, this has been very helpful as the days go by, we are more practical, the flow tools of work are easy, however sometimes they update and play catch-up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a bit confusing if you do not have coding knowledge, but your customer service is very responsive, they will always help you. Its price may seem altp but just in terms of its functions, is based on the cloud and other systems in general is 80% recommended if it is worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up templates & sequences. Saves a lot of time when sending emails to prospects. Pretty easy to set-up. I like the email tracking & logging - I can see exactly who received, opened and clicked on links in my outgoing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could create folders within folders in templates. I have a folder in my name. I would like to be able to create sub-folders to organize my templates by type/subject/stage/etc.
I find it difficult to make all my calls out of Hubspot - not easy to see who I've called & who I still need to call. Cannot easily find all calls by next step/call date.
Email signatures - it doesn't let you change the font, so it doesn't match the body of the email. I cannot put our company logo w/link to the website. For that reason alone I do not email out of Hubspot.

So simple works each and every time great to show others how to doing the same, and the best part I love the most is to know when someone opened your email...
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I noticed sometimes I need to log out log in and then in reverse in my email then it it works great it seems to happen every other month, but I figured out the work around

Well best part is again when you see they opened your email that you sent, just showing that allow makes people go wow, then as other companies and contacts reach you all you do is select save and make the edits you need and can do deals task and much more on the fly or when you open it to full page

please keep the product browser friendly ,, the cell phones are not up to par to using any programs and no one likes to download anything anymore

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is a basic optimizer tool for our products and allows us to maintain our products easily. It’s a marketing CRM and enable us to make changes in products as requirement of customer. HubSpot CRM is super easy to install and works efficiently. It’s all features are helpful for us to manage our products and stay connected with clients. We have all access to customer profile so we can easily track the customer details for further steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is an automation tool for our products and has basic features for marketing but it also has some problems to work with this suit. HubSpot CRM features are bit complicate and tough for new user, in that case new user need more training to get grip on this CRM. It doesn't integrate with other social media apps so it should be integrating with social media application such as, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter which could be more helpful for us to advertise our products.

HubSpot CRM is so helpful for our marketing business and provides us more opportunity to upgrade our product easily on high level. It enables us to build a good relation with clients and customer tracking feature. this tool is so good for stay in touch. customer support service is very potential for us to get solution of our difficulties. A power CRM tool for our business..
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is best CRM tool and it is easy to install and have many reliable features which enables us to woks easily. It an automation tool for our marketing business and allow us to explain our product features in front of clients and create a good relation between sellers and customer. HubSpot has a feature or customer tracking which is very useful for us to track customer and contact with them for further deals and its also integrate with social media which is a good option for us advertise about our product and increase our entire business network.

As HubSpot is a online business marketing tool for inbound marketing it also has some drawbacks one of them is it has limited numbers of feature which not allow us to work effectively and customize our product as clients requirements. some of it feature are bit complex for average user. Hubspot is more expensive rather then other market CRM tools so it need to be more cheap and more updates to complete all the needs user.

HubSpot is a basic CRM tool for our business of marketing and works smoothly. Its feature are good to work with them and allow us to describe our product on this tool and get clients for further deals. It's a good option for us to upgrade our business to large enterprise and also available on modern devices and gives us freedom to work from anywhere and from any portable device.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't say I was a big fan of Hubspot. Maybe the best thing was you could have an awareness of the campaigns that marketing was running concurrently with your sales outreach efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I found it unwieldy, and not very well geared towards the day to day of a busy sales rep. We ended up keeping it for marketing and switching back to Salesforce for our sale's teams CRM. I would say the initial view of the opportunities in the GUI didn't fit enough of my opps. Also we had virtually no training, and the system for getting answers from Hubspot's customer service was lame. I think we didn't opt for the white glove implementation, so maybe there is a better way to do the initial setup but I'm sure it costs a bit of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to do an all in one CRM/Marketing database, and it just didn't work out. Marketing was able to utilize the program, but it fell short for the sale team, so we switched back to SFDC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your due diligence. There are a lot of CRM programs out there. Even though Salesforce is a bit behind on their R&D, it has a whole ecosystem of integrated products to help enhance the experience (ie DocuSign, and a million others), whereas I know of no other software programs that integrate with and help enhance the CRM experience with Hubspot (maybe there are, but definitely not anywhere near as many as with Salesforce) Also, all of your sales reps have used Salesforce in the past, why make them learn another system that is less effective, just to save a buck?
