Solid CRM, Lacking a few key features
What do you like best about the product?
Nice and simple CRM tool with a few really cool features. Primarily the activity feed, and prospects/wed-site visitors feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The service lacks the ability to track SAAS types of sales. You can enter in deals and follow them through different stages in the funnel, but once a deal is closed there is no way to track revenue over the course of time. If I sell a deal that has recurring revenue of 100k per month over the course of the year, entering one deal will come in as a 1.2MM one-time deal. In order to properly forecast revenue, you would need to enter in 12 separate deals (1 per month) for the 12 month contract
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an effective tool to segment out ownership of accounts to their corresponding reps. It has cleaned up our previous processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solid Entry Level CRM. If you dont need some of the advanced features of Sales Force, then I definitely suggest this.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool. Integrates with so many tool in Hubspot. Helps manage contacts. Great tools! If you are in need of a sales platform, Hubspot CRM is a great option for every organization. With software options starting for FREE and with added features for minimal costs, Hubspot CRM can grow with your business. With the benefit of adding in Hubspot marketing software, you can get a full suite of tools and marketing resources in a single platform. Moreover, Hubspot is a secure, support-driven all-in-one software platform that just can't be beat. Hubspot offers and Academy program, that makes it easy to learn the tools and learn how to use them to help boost ROI and support growth and development. I would recommend Hubspot CRM to all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a fantastic platform! There is nothing I dislike about the Hubspot CRM. It offers FREE solutions that we help build up new clients on and there are paid software levels as well for companies that require more robust sales features. You can't beat free. And with Hubspot, you get a high degree of support and training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
contact management, automated emails, scheduling, follow ups, etc. Hubspot is great!

Most efficient CRM tool for business of marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a CRM tool which means it gives us all the basic features for create a strong relation with customer. We can customize our product features as requirements of customers and get their reasonable reviews for further steps of business. It integrates well with social media and with Email which keeps us connected with customer and allows us to track clients for further deals. It helps us for Lead management, contact and pipeline management and gives us option to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is an online CRM tool but sometime while working with Slow internet connections information not be saved. Some of it’s features are bit complex for new user rather than other CRM such as Zoho or Salesforce. Field and sections are not well organized for giving categories to our products. Sometimes small glitches occur during work and slow down this tool. Hubspot CRM is pricey CRM as my personal experience and mobile version doesn't perform well so need more frequent update for smoother work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is CRM tool and it helps us to explore our product in front of online visitors and tackle them for deals. It integrates with social media which gives us option to introduce our product in front of world. Email integration is also very helpful for us to create strong relation with customer which is much beneficial for our business of marketing and its best tool for lead management.

It is a modern and intuitive application. I am satisfied with your ability to organize large volumes of contacts, this streamlines the operations of our marketing team. It is excellent for managing relationships with customers, as it has integrations available with email platforms, improving our communications with them. Integrations with sales software make it more efficient.

I have nothing to add in this field. It's a good app.

The way in which HubSpot organizes the information is efficient, which increases productivity and positively drives the operations of our marketing and sales team. It also improves relationships with our customers and helps us find sales opportunities.

All in one CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot CRM is that you have all your Marketing in one place - Contacts, Sales, Marketing, Dashboard, Website etc. I'm certified in all Hubspot systems. Hubspot allows you to have and manage big data of contacts. They are always updating and adding new features as the most recent adding duplicates management. Also it's really easy to drag and drop built-in modules and built a website. It has integrated CSS stylesheet. Other positives are the forms that can be customized as you want. After last year GDPR, Hubspot integrated default options to chose if you have users visiting website from Europe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can remember about is that it's not possible 2 users to edit a landing page at the same time. Also if there are 2 users at the same time in edit mode in the landing page it starts failing to save the edited content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Website with more than 20 landing pages. Managing huge contact database. Sales pipeline. And tracking reports of visits, sources etc. Benefits are that you don't need to lose your time between different systems while you can have everything in the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have everything at one place, Hubspot CRM is a great choice. It doesn't need to have any technical skills to update content on landing pages and websites. Easy to use and navigate. Friendly design. If you are low on a budget maybe this won't be the best option as Hubspot is expensive for small companies.

This CRM is super simple and easy to use. It allows you to easily upload your contacts, plan out your interactions with your customers and potentials, and even send emails through it! It is a great free business tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still fairly new to using it, so I dont think that there is really anything I dislike so far besides how confusing some features are. But, I think it will just take some learning and getting used to. No biggie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly and efficiently sort and organize, as well as prioritize my potential customers and leads, as well as schedule follow ups right from my laptop or even my phone! It is super convenient.

I recommend the free plan. Although it does not have all the functions of paid subscriptions, it contains many useful tools to manage contacts.
Hubspot gives us excellent SEO tools
What do you like best about the product?
We like the price of Hubspot. There are many other SEO platforms with fewer features, and they charge more depending on the SEO settings that are set. In the case of Hubspot, it is also paid depending on the size of the campaigns, but they are much cheaper. We estimate an approximate of $ 2,400 per year. It is quite cheap. We really like your keyword monitoring tool. Its A / B test system is very easy to configure, and allows analysis of the competition.

The Rank tracking service is usually slow. Its integration with Google Analytics is also slow, and also inefficient. We do not like your options when saving contacts within the database, nor your application for inbound marketing. Another problem of Hubspot is its poor integration to social networking platforms, as in the case of Facebook.

Good experience, nice sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is a nice "all in one" sales tool that integrates with back-office platforms and makes sales effortless and seamlessly. I am not familiar with that app, if there is one but would like to find out more about that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, its a useful tool. However, I did have some issues integrating the sales/lead bot onto my site. Overall, like I said, not much to dislike at this point although I haven't 100% dove into HubSpot, yet. From my initial impression, it is a nice tool.

Be attentive, there is a good amount to it. This tool is great for someone that likes analytics and tracking. Also someone that is organized and values lead generation and lead follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to synchronize with Gmail, Wordpress, Google Analytics, among others, has accelerated the sales of my company while it has organized everything that was previously messy and it became more difficult work, but now I like that I can have sales , the tasks and still see how each staff unfolds, HubSpot has been a great acquisition for us, hoping that it continues growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not specify something that disgusts me to the point of not recommending it to my colleagues or simply to stop using it, their customer service is very good and always aware of helping, the free trial we received was just like the one we are using, it is a very complete and robust software in my opinion.

It has allowed us to measure the performance of our investments, we have been able to create lists to segment our clients, thus achieving a more efficient work in my sales team, and they offer updates in real time, that way my company acts quickly against the requirements of the users and we offer each client the best attention, the change we all notice.
