Great insight into our customer journey.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the marketing tools HubSpot provides, so we can see a better insight into our customer Journey. I also like the contextual marketing, with the live chat function that pops up depending on where the potential customer is in their journey. very clever. I am a big fan of the planning & strategy too, with best practices aligned - we can plan everything on HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing i disliked was the lengthy process of setting HubSpot up with our Magento 2 site - this proved difficult both ends, HubSpot and our Dev team. Other than that, it is fantastic, with no issues whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are fantastic. With regular automated tasks, the sales & service team can work to a deadline and follow up on query's and with great analytical reporting, we can track every customers behavior. I also like the automated reports and the ability to plan SEO content and PPC strategy inside the software. Meaning I can now use less paper, and delegate tasks to the wider marketing team inside the software itself rather than using a kanban style productivity tool like Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth every penny if used to its full potential. Using clever AI to link every team and make sure nothing is missed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is that you have a CRM and Marketing platform in one place giving the salespeople a view to see what prospects are doing on your website and with any email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a domain against a company things become a little more difficult to manage but you can get around this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not so much as a problem more as a benefit having sales and marketing in one place.

You are missing a trick if you don't have your sales team and marketing working out the same platform.
Very sophisticated tool to solve business problems
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is that the learning curve is very short for anyone to start using it. It's fun and usefulness combined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very small tit bits still need correction. Like customer support sending KB link and it doesn't open in a new window. Very minor but useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving critical business problems at all levels. Benefit is that all the business processes can be combined at one place.

It is the best CRM in its category with free trail. Use it

What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to use and all the help and support i get from the HubSpot Support team.
Keeping track of all your customer by defining personas to only make it easy for you to target those personas the you have identify.
Email templates functionality is really easy to use and the recommendations it makes, really helps you to create a very good email.

What do you dislike about the product?
With so many functionalities available is really easy to forget how to use some of them if you do not used them often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the type of person the loses focus and attention easily, specially if i have to do things the might seen redounded it can be very boring and my productivity level just goes down. I find it that with HubSpot i am able to get small tasks done, while increasing my productivity level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best CRM out in the market all the right tools available with just one click and the On boarding service support is out of this world.

What do you like best about the product?
There are heaps of things about HubSpot that I really like but my top 3 are - email sequences, the easy to use interface (which was in BETA) and the free courses to help you develop your skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is when the sequences are created that the task part could be added to a queue. For example, I would like to add my call into a specific queue I have already set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organisation has been off the richter scale with HubSpot. I have been able to work more leads and never drop the ball because of the tasks and integrations that HubSpot offers. My favourite is tracking my emails and logging all my conversations in HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a no BS CRM system then this is the one.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to streamline my work with the use of sequences, and the help and support of the Hubspot team
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the chat I wish there was a way to have better notifications that a chat has been started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a lot more efficient and am able to track on follow up with my leads/ customers as they progress through the sale process. I love knowing how interested they are in our emails and documents

I would say to anyone considering Hubspot, stop considering it and get it it will be the best thing your company can do to progress

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my marketing and sales software is all in one place. I am a leads analyst so to not have to jump between marketing and sales programs is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything that i dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of having to use two systems to link sales and marketing. It is better for our sales people to see the full marketing process and everything their contacts have seen.
By far the most comprehensive and useful CRM I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of HubSpot is how user-friendly the interface is. I have access to an incredible amount of information about contacts in a single view, which ends up making my life ten times easier and ultimately provide a better experience for contacts. In addition, being able to set reminders for certain tasks and follow ups means I can clear brain space for higher-level thinking and leave the details to HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the Deals were set up differently and that Deal attributes were most customizable. I still find myself making custom Excel spreadsheets for certain elements of tracking. I also don't like that sometimes the system seems to 'forget' that I'm an admin on the account and prevents me from taking certain actions, like Creating a New Deal, etc. Usually the CRM works fine, but sometimes there are minor tech glitches that can really throw a wrench in your day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I can log so much information in one spot and manage almost the entirety of what I do through the platform, saves me time by not having to constantly switch programs. I love the amount of data I get about a contact's behaviour and how they are interacting with our content - this makes personalized reach outs ten times easier.

It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of features on HubSpot so to narrow it to one best thing is fairly hard. I really like how customizable everything is. It makes it super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when I'm trying to make a bunch of calls I feel like there are one too many steps before I make another call. This can result in fewer calls for the overall day I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super easy to keep track of leads. Once our company switched to Hubspot I was able to stay on top of my leads a lot better.
Excellent CRM for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to implement and use. HubSpot is the first CRM that our company implemented, which was a major change for our business development and marketing team. Within a month, we had all of our data and were set up to succeed. Their support is incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
They could do better on their reporting features. Specifically, if you're building out if/then reports and multiple filters using AND/OR functionalities, you will be struggling to find ways to display the specific data you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting is really the only "problem" we have had. The benefits have already been seen in our business development activity, growing nearly 200% in monthly numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When I was vetting CRM's for our business, I was prioritizing two things: 1) ease of use and 2) Outlook integration. Our business development team needed to be able to get up and running with little to no overhead and they were primarily working out of Outlook. The integration between the two is absolutely seamless. It's two-way, meaning you can be in HubSpot and send emails from there, or you can work through Outlook and have all of your activity tracked and logged.
