HubSpot makes everything better
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is such a powerful tool and allows for sales and marketing people to be organized, in control of their leads, and provides insights into website visitors. It's amazing to reach out to a lead who was just on the website and make an instant connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say what I dislike. In terms of sending out an email, there should be a double check pop up that reminds the user what they're about to do. It's very easy to make a mistake with sending mass emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more potential customers than ever with automated email workflows.

Thorough CRM perfect for a growing business
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small lighting design company that needed an easy way to manage the marketing and sales sides in one place. Most people here wear multiple hats, and HubSpot easily let us customize who can see what and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has gotten better recently, but Deal customization and reporting is still a little lacking. We'd like more customer/deal related reporting functions. Also deal merging! Not sure why that isn't a thing yet when it's so easy to merge customers and companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to get centralize all of our data in one spot which is very nice. We used to use MailChimp, Insightly, and a few other programs to achieve all of the things we can achieve with just HubSpot now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is pricey, but a gives solid education in all aspects of inbound marketing. Their resources are amazing, and you will learn so much to help your company. HubSpot also scales well, from just a few people to more.

I like all of the different ways to track and the abundance of data that HubSpot provides us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work with our quotes/invoices system very well. It needs better integration options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to understand better where our clients come from and how long it takes them to become a sales qualified lead. We can track their journey from the first visit to our site, through our videos/articles, to contacting a sales rep. It's helpful to put metrics to our "long" sales cycle. We also really like the chat bot.
An excellent CRM for all of your Business needs
What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that sets it apart is the Marketing Automation tool called workflow. It's easy to use and the range of functionality is quite impressive

The Service product needs a bit more work. Perhaps its in the initial phase, but it definitely needs to be fleshed out a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated a lot of our marketing practices with Hubspot. It's led to a lot of time saved and an improved customer satisfaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a powerful tool that has the potential to be the cornerstone of your marketing operations. If you follow good data capture practices then the potential to automate a big chunk of your marketing is definitely within the realm of possibility.
I would suggest to test out the trial version and seeing if its a good fit for you and your needs.

Does a lot of things but none of them that well
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a huge range of features. It will do more than you can find in a single CRM in most places. It has all of those features integrated right out of the box, which is nice too. The feature I like the most is that it tracks all of the interactions your contacts have with your emails, website, links you embed within your emails, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite having a wide range of features, Hubspot doesn't really do any of them particularly well. I think I would be better served using something that really focused on just being a CRM and let me integrate to third parties that do all of the bells and whistles Hubspot offers as their main focus. For example, the calendar scheduling solution Hubspot offers is much worse than Calendly or FreeBusy but since they offer their own solution they won't integrate to either of the companies that solve that problem better than they do. They want to be everything for everyone, which I think is a bad business model. Also, they make it very difficult to transition off of their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a really good out of the box product. It would have taken me a long time to configure another CRM to do the same things it does.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small company that wants something pretty powerful and EASY to implement Hubspot is for you. If you want to have the best in class solutions for all of the bells and whistles that Hubspot offers I think you would be better served using SalesForce and integrating third party applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of our email marketing organized, streamlined, and is so user friendly, it's ridiculous! Our sales team uses it for pipeline and deal management-- and we seamlessly hand over qualified leads AND can check on them to refine our strategy. Landing pages, CTA's, and prospect management has never been so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have two products that we sell, so it is a little difficult to keep both efforts separate.

It's difficult to tell from the trial, but I highly recommend this over every other product on the market. I tried them all, and haven't looked back!
Powerful yet easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our website, blog, social media and all the power that provides is amazing! I love that I can teach someone how to use it in 10 minutes and away they go. There are of course great courses available for deeper dives at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications/alerts are sometimes overwhelming and get annoying. The ability to "mute" them or notify Hubspot when it is really you looking at things seems a bit sketchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better team collaboration and my ability to see what my team is working (or not working) on.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to use. It was easy to roll out HubSpot CRM to our sales people because the interface was easy and self explanatory. Unlike other CRM's, HubSpot is set up similar to a social media platform. All activities are easy to find, sort through and track. Makes it easy to find deals, close them and view measurable results.

My only complaint when it comes to the CRM is the reporting isn't as easy as the rest of the program. Pulling activity reports is challenging.

Visibility and traceability. When we close, the build up and why a deal was lost.

Carve out a good amount of time for set up. Implementing this product just for use took about three months.

Hubspot management application is very beneficial when creating accounts with regards to the overall performance of the site. It possesses a great Content management systems, in which it is possible to handle weblogs. It also offers a powerful tool for executing inbound marketing. One thing that I wouldn't like in any way about this application is its software for mobile phone devices because it is very restricted at the number of stages. We don't prefer that the entire process of obtaining contact details are so manual. It doesn't have audit resources, either for collaboration

It's sad that such CRM as Hubspot doesn't have a proper calendar that can be linked to your email and that enables to see your calendar STRAIGHT from HubSpot. In addition, the integration and transfer of the data from other CRM systems to HubSpot are not well done from my experience.

Convenience in working with clients and leads on just one system. Helps you organize everything well.
