Great for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transparency that I have with my team, I can help track what they are doing and where they are in need of assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting options for sales by individual to be less than ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with marketing turning into sales tracking has been beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is ideal for smaller teams and startups who are looking for advanced functions for both marketing & CRM but are limited by budget.
Best Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love it, easy to create landing page and implement call to action. Support of Michael is admirable. He is helping us a lot. Training materials are also a good part. We can create call to action by the help of pre-define call to action. We can create email easily with the help of an attractive templates. Designing of landing page and form is also a cup of tea just because of Hubspot. Thanks for providing such a valuable support
What do you dislike about the product?
I love to use Hubspot but still I have seen anything that are not good. All things are arrange in proper order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve Email marketing and its performance review performance. I can also check social media in one place. If you are talking about Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. I don't need to close eyes on all platform. Just with the help of Hubspot, I can review all things in one place. Its help a lot. If you are looking to create attractive then you can easily create with the help of Hubspot. Attractive forms are placed in Hubspot. Just by drag and drop you are able to create form. It is so easy and I love the support of Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, It is a good tool for tracking of a website and also to get information about best call to action. I strongly recommended hubspot for marketing and sales purpose. Our team can get tracking info and email marketing performance easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive UI gets buy in from the team. It covers the whole marketing to sales process so you get a joined up and aligned approach to your processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing some features like workflows, lists etc etc is a tricky job and the reports takes some time to get your head round.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a an integrated platform that provides all the core elements we need to manage sales and marketing in a SME in an integrated way.

Whilst the product seems more expensive than most you will not be disappointed with the solution.
Quality Products, Quality Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is an all-in-one solution for marketing, sales and support. Our team saves time and money by having everything in a single platform. The best part about HubSpot is that it's easy to use and easy to teach others to use. The interface is intuitive and our whole team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system is very lacking. I want to dig deep into the data in my CRM to find useful analytics and HubSpot's baked-in reporting tool barely scratches the surface. There's no way to report on historical data like lead assignments, and it's really difficult to get reports that show meetings booked and other sales activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not currently solving any problems, but HubSpot support has been stellar every time we've needed them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is literally no reason not to try it. It is free. You can't lose.
A great platform is you don't have a dedicated MOPsteam
What do you like best about the product?
If you understand marketing and sales operation HubSpot is very easy to pick up. If you don't, it's a good place to start. The UI, docs and absolutely amazing customer support lend themselves to an ease of adoption not present in the other major platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a seasoned marketing ops veteran you will find that simple to use often equates to lack of complex functionality. There were some advanced things I was able to do with other MOPs platforms that I struggled with quite a bit in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better integration with Marketing platform and simpler to use for the sales people.

Take the time and dedicate the manpower to set it up right the first time. Like any system, it will be your best friend or worst enemy depending on how it was implemented and ongoing governance.

- Functionality is overall clunky - especially reporting, too many clicks to achieve an end result - Look at Pipedrive wink wink
- Live chat doesn't give you IP address while talking to them - Look at Zopim wink wink
- Quoting is dreadful and not customizable - need to be able to customize the template, have custom line items, adjust what subtotals and totals show. Look at Pandadoc wink wink
- Not being able to visualize the contacts on a map Look at Mapmycustomers or Pipedrive wink wink
- Limited data scraping of contacts on our website, Marketo gathers far more from new visitors and repeat visitors wink wink
- Not any accountability from sales to customer success - our Sales rep in the beginning lied about features and said we had certain things and now our customer success person is stuck managing us as an unhappy client

More emails getting out than with Pipedrive due to Sequences (though they just added this feature, wish I had stayed with them)
Saving time inputting contacts from live chat (used to manually copy over from Zopim)
Getting data on service and support through Service Hub

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a scalable product, so as you grow it is a good option to have. Definitely not for the faint of heart, there are better pure CRMs out there.
The Best CRM for Beginners and Experts
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM works with you. If you've worked with a CRM before, you're likely familiar with the terms "garbage in is garbage out"; meaning you only get what you put into to it literally. HubSpot CRM integrates to help log conversations automatically where it's able. It also helps auto-complete company profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to use the sequences data to trigger other actions, or even filter contacts and build better lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see where to best focus my time in sales. I know where each lead is in the sales process, and how likely we are to closing each lead. We're able to close more sales faster. As a result we doubled our revenue last year.

Try it, It's free. You can upgrade to get access to more amazing tools.

The tool is: flexible, intuitive, smart, efficient and more. The support is: timely, reliable, and gets results

If I could change one, I'd add an autodialer with voicemail drops for the cue so I could more efficiently work my prospects

I am more efficiently working my prospects and keeping all the info on them super organized. I can also generate reports for my manager.

Use this tool. Its smart, intuitive and flexible. It will serve your needs and the folks behind it are customer first in a real way.
Great business and communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a process manager and HubSpot has been a lifesaver for our company. We use it to keep track of all our communications with customers, and to keep track of our sales, installation and client success processes. We use the sales task and service ticket features heavily as well. The templates feature allows us to create a customer specific email in seconds. I love that it integrates with gmail so my emails are tracked in both gmail and HubSpot for record keeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to run and then print reports in the sales task section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of us work from home so HubSpot has been an essential communication tool. Even though wr aren’t in the same building we can see what is going on with a customer just by looking in HubSpot.

Great tool. Highly recommend.
HubSpot is perfect for start ups who want 90% of Salesforce functionality at 25% the cost
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use and the amount of resources online to help learn and understand functionalities is fantastic. Excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is geared a little more towards consumer; but the B2B limitations aren't a deal breaker. We need better reporting functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're managing our accounts and keeping account continuity when sales managers come and go. We're tracking and reporting our revenue forecasting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're limited on budget, this is the software to use. If you have unlimited budget, then SalesForce has more bells/whistles--but it's also got a reputation for having too much, being overly complicated and not user friendly or intuitive.
