Finally, an easy to use CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a number of CRM's over my 20+ year sales career and HubSpot wins the CRM battle! We have been using HubSpot now for over 3 years. The most important thing to me as well as any Sales Manager/Director is that the CRM that we choose is liked and used effectively by the rest of the team. If sales people struggle to understand and use a CRM...they'll simply stop using it. HubSpot is so simple to start with that sales people easily see the benefits and dig in.
Personally HubSpot allows me to effectively manage a number of prospects that previously would have been impossible with the other platforms I've used.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that I don't like about the HubSpot platform is that in order to use the Email Sequences tool, you must subscribe to either Google Suite or Office 365. I don't claim to be technical so I don't understand why that is necessary...but simply wish is wasn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 2 biggest benefits to us have been staff "buy-in" to the platform, and each sales person can managed a significantly larger pool of leads that with previous platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We're a small company with about 3000 prospects in HubSpot, but before you spend too much time evaluating other platforms, look at what HubSpot provides for free and then determine you're company needs from there. Support is very helpful and we don't need an "in house administrator" to simply use the product.

What do you like best about the product?
It was super-easy to set up and intuitive to use, nothing was too technical. The learning curve wasn’t steep, and yet the platform was powerful enough to do everything we wanted. It just made the most sense for us, and we signed up for Hubspot three years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
It not as cheap as some of the other tools available out there

Increasing Leads + Conversion Rate. Scheduling emails and responses. Forms for users to fill out on the site to convery

What do you like best about the product?
Contacts Records, easy to got information on what any contact does interacting with our website, the task managing that help me avoid any missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The missing integration between deals and contact (i.e. I cannot track how many deals segmented by persona)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being on time always with all my contacts, i got increase of % conversion rate in each stage of the buyers journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste your time anymore. Switch immediately to Hubspot CRM.

The versatility of the software, you can make calls, schedule meetings, send e-mails, all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to learn how to use the software, which makes things harder.

The sales ops mainly, sales data, management of the team and contacts with the leads.

What do you like best about the product?
We use all three components of Hubspot - CRM, Marketing and Sales. The Academy is amazing. The amount of resources available is more than we could possibly use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplications and automatic company data isn't always accurate or relevant. This can be frustrating at times as it pulls information automatically from the internet. This can often be incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Sales, CRM and Marketing and fully utilise all three areas. I can be tricky keeping track of current users of our software platform, as well as following prospects on their inbound journey. All three areas work well together and allow us to track everything.
I'm sure that there are several areas we could improve and get better at. We've now engage a 3rd party contractor to help us with this. They're going to be helping with our inbound marketing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot has progressed a great deal in the past 3 three years. The Marketing and Sales portals are starting to gel together; they originally felt that they were two different portals.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM helps us to prioritize on the leads that is being generated.The certification course provide helps us to learn new thing and we can have a sales technique etiquette before dealing with the customers.The email that is being synchronized with the hubspot help us to check whether the customer has viewed our email and how may times the user has viewed.Voice recording option provided is helpful in hearing our previous conversation and with that we can make further calls on it.

Sometimes the lead is generated may be viewed twice and duplication may occur.
Recorded voice of a particular lead is seen in other lead.The conversation is missing may be we have to search for the recording and then we have to make our call further.

We can have a basic learning in sales and marketting .The strategies used are defined in the videos where we can get more knowlege about the product and how we have to sell our product.The certification course is very useful for attaining our goals.
HubSpot is an excellent business subscription - couldn't survive without it now!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud integrations, being able to build my own custom workflows within HubSpot and the ability to use templates. Also, love the ability to call contacts from within the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing and controlling user access and permissions is not always easy. HubSpot's support staff are excellent though and importantly - available when assistance is needed, so it's easy to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and workflows have been of great benefit to us. Our workflow times have improved by implementing efficiencies from the automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would just recommend giving HubSpot a try. The core products are fantastic and the integrations with other cloud programs truly improve overall business workflow. Plus, the upgrades to other modules within HubSpot itself can help businesses jump to the next level in terms of data control, ease of use and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has a simple UI and it's free for all users. This makes it a fantastic first step to getting all of your customer data in one place so that you have only one version of the truth.

The power of the full suite means that it can be a little daunting to get started with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to aggregate all of our customer data into one spot, and from there make sure everyone in our business has the transparency required to provide our customers with a great experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look back! And be careful creating too many custom fields to start with. Getting fully onboard with HubSpot means that you can really leverage the value of the platform, with things such as smart content on your website.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates, snippets, and meetings scheduling are a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. The only problem is that it costs an arm and a leg to do all the things I'd like it to and my company is rather small. Would love an a la carte type purchasing option for certain features because I'm only able to make use of 10-15% of the total functionality of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have eliminated the back and forth that scheduling phone consults used to cause. I've also ensured that when on-boarding a client, they always get all the right documents at the right time because they're all included in various template emails. I never have to navigate away from gmail in my daily workflow either.

It's user friendly and easy to use. Hubspot has a great blog and other educational resources. The sales staff are knowledgeable and I feel my account rep is dedicated to my success

The pricing can get expensive fast. No ability to track MRR

If you are a small company, this is a great solution. Easy to set up, use and grow with. The hubspot team and the educational resources they have are very helpful.
