Great for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot CRM organizing all of our contacts with potential sales and allows us to keep a steady workflow and funnel potential buyers through our sales funnel.

It is a great free and easy to use tool to keep track of those you have been in contact with, what your status is with them, what tasks you should continue to do them, as well as seeing the success in closing a deal with someone.
Jack of All Trades, Master of None
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does an admirable job of being an all-in-one solution for our marketing and sales needs. As a small team, it's great to have our sales activity so closely connected to our marketing system. We're also trial-based, so the line between marketing and sales gets a bit blurred. HubSpot handles CRM, Marketing Automation, Email, Social Media, and Analytics acceptably well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in HubSpot is particularly wonderful. The downside of an all-in-one system is none of it is going to be exceptional, and that's definitely the case with HubSpot. Features range from pretty darn good to pretty frustrating to use. Their email editor is probably their biggest flaw—it's an absolute pain to create good-looking emails in HubSpot, especially compared to Mailchimp, which is what we used to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a trial-based product, so we create a new sales deal for every new trialer. We continue to market to them, though, so it's great to have those people tracked in one place, receiving both marketing and sales communication.
Pleasing to use and intuitive for sales people.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive for sales people. Most systems are built to report upward rather than focus on the sales person getting relevant data into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot removed a highly valuable company prospecting tool years ago and I could never get an explanation as to why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most systems are built to report up the chain all the way to shareholders. This system is clearly built for the ease and efficiency of the sales person.
Helpful Product with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM helped our organisation for the first time get the contact details for all of our stakeholders into a single environment. Since then this list has grown significantly, so managing all of these contacts and the communications we have with them across the organisation has been a real boon.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still quite a number of features that need improving. Of note for us has been the ability to lock down data relating to contacts to specific people. There is the ability to group contacts by teams, so only those teams can see them, but we actually need people to know who is on the system, but they do not need to know or be able to access all of the data relating to that person. So this has been a real drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our most significant problem has been with the issuing of Statements of Service via products/quotes, allowing us to get our clients to sign-off on the value of service for the next quarter. This hasn't been available before and has proved so important it is being rolled out across the organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great system that you can introduce slowly and grow as your needs can handle it. This allows for uptake by staff to become familiar without large investments that may not be realised. While there may be some feature shortcomings based on your environment, we found the HubSpot support team were always very helpful and 8/10 were able to provide a work around. If not, a submission was always made to the product development team at HubSpot.
Great Lightweight Option for Free
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the service is that they offer a free version that includes an MS Outlook plugin. There is a lot of value you get out of it. It’s amazing what Hubspot gives you for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are very sharply defined in your contacts by their email address. Sometimes you don’t have someone’s email address. Salesforce is the Cadillac, so versatile, Maleable, and flexible, but also so expensive. Hubspot CRM Free tier is like a Ford Fiesta - spunky, a lot of value, not quite as robust or made-to-order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a secure place to store our customer contact info. We cancelled our Salesforce subscription, and we wanted a place to access the data more readily that a bunch of .CSV files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s free! You get a lot for Free. No reason not to until you need more capability than it provides. Then, look at paid versions from Hubspot, or other service vendors.
A great crm to build your sales system!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HubSpot CRM makes it to manager clients. You're able to sort out each and every action for making a phone call to jotting down quick notes about the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about HubSpot CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot CRM we have found it incredibly easy communicate with in our pipeline of client. From managing the first interaction the pitching of the sale, the closest the sale it's sending out an invoice! He has made business so much easier!

I would highly recommend using HubSpot CRM with in your business to increase your workflow better manage time that could be used elsewhere.
Easy if you understand it
What do you like best about the product?
The email template marketplace because it makes creating an above average email a lot easier by doing a lot of the work for you. I also enjoy how easy it is to create lists that can then be integrated into multiple features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the training program is more marketing based and less about how to use Hubspot. We have an older team and using Hubspot for them can be difficult because Hubspot definitely requires a certain level of computer competency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are outreach to our target market, updating our website, and tracking our clients, salesmen, and deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you use it the easier it gets. The report analysis is top notch and gives you all the information you could ever ask for.

What do you like best about the product?
Having one ‘view’ of all activity which means less intra team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for support hub to mature, it is currently a new service offering and not quite at the level we need at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Across marketing, sales and support we now have a consolidated view of all activity. This means we are better prepared when talking with customers, supporting customers or trying to reach customers through marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always do your research and start with a package that best suits your needs. It is much easier to upgrade the product when the time is right for you. Think about the number of contacts you have and whether those contacts are required. If importing thousands of unused contacts into Hubspot your cost will rise. Keep your data clean.
Top Notch CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, low cost and excellent customer/tech support. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly CSRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a SaaS solution...which I like, however there can be a "lag" in page loading, and I often times have to refresh my browser page multiple times before changes made are updated. BTW...this would not be due to my internet service, as my internet speed is consistently close to 1,000 Mbps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basis stuff; keeping track of client info, notes, emails sent received, tasks, deals, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can do everything you need to grow and operate a business; Sales, Marketing and Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be a little overwhelming, but the Training provide helps with this.

Not knowing where to begin in maximizing functionality.
