Sky Rocket Your Sales With This Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great marketing tool to watch out for. The customer relationship management is very effective, it lets us build a strong bond with our prospect and customers allowing us to scale more.

There is nothing to dislike about HubSpot as at the moment, it's a great tool for improving sales.

Without a doubt, it is the best CRM I have ever tried.
What do you like best about the product?
In the end, using Hubspot means saving time in your daily routine. It makes tasks much easier for you and you can keep track of your contacts at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps I would have liked it with an automated email sending tool, where you can upload your own CSV and your emails are sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The topic of tasks as a form of reminders is one of the best features of Hubspot. Additionally, it includes Deals, which makes it very easy to keep track of your contacts.

I like the side bar where you can add specific/custom fields for quick important information.

There is potential to make it have more functionality. Also not a huge fan on the lifecycle stages. It could be customized more. (ex: Recycle stage)

Data gathering and note taking. It's a single source platform where the whole company can sync on specific customers or leads.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is and trending CRM application and it comes with special features let us manage our business of sales and marketing. It’s a simple and customization tool and let us make changes in our product regularly and let us find customer easily for deals. It integration perfectly with social media applications and let us present our business in front of world. HubSpot CRM is specially design for marketing and sales business and it work as automation option for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM works effectively for our sales business but also has some little drawbacks which must be improved for better performance. One of them is it take much time and lots of clicks while I set up this tool for work and fields and reports are not properly organized in this tool. Small bugs occur during work so it need more frequent updates for work more reliably for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a leading CRM tool for managing sales business and our team like this tool because of its reliable features. This tools let us create a strong relation with customer and we can easily track customer via email. HubSpot CRM mostly used for Lead management, contact management, and for sales automation. As a sales manager I found this CRM tool perfect for our business and for our work, little bit pricey but no problem it’s a good option for small and large businesses.
Simple, Intuitive Database For Customer Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allowed us the functionality of a fully fledged database without any of the upfront steep financial commitment. As we are a smaller nonprofit, this was essential for us finally getting a database that would suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process and importing our contacts was initially difficult and confusing to successfully do. Thankfully Hubspot has numerous training modules to assist with this process, though it still took a few attempts to successful import our contacts effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows our company, which has many remote users, to work with customers from around the country and effectively keep notes on our ongoing communications with customers. This has bolstered our sales and strengthened our efforts in communicating accurately with our whole customer base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are wanting to try out a database/CRM without custom creating one, which can be pricey, I’d recommend Hubspot entirely to try out.
A great CRM to manage your pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I love how days HubSpot makes it to manage all your sales prospects, from your first contact, to calls to every email you ever send.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add on that tells if your email was read, will notify you if you read the email too, sending false reads!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot we have found it extremely easy to keep a pipeline of prospects all in one place. Automating a lot of the work and keeping it easy to make a sale!

If you’re not using a CRM already I would recommend going with HubSpot! They’re fast and easy to use! Making your job a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences!!! Sequences have allowed me to do the job of 4 sales people and results are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Location has been removed from the activity section. When someone used to open an email you used to be able to see from where, therefore you can see if that email was forwarded to another person aka who you should be looking for as the DM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the most efficient system for prospecting. Having the seamless.ai attachment takes so many steps out of adding companies and contacts to the CRM system.

If you are prospecting leads and doing outreach, this software is extremely efficient and makes you job easier for you!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot allows our team to be on the same page when it comes to contacting clients. There are no redundant emails, we know where the last conversation was at and it spans across the whole company from acquiring leads, sales calls, client onboarding, carrying out services and help tickets. This is tremendous since we are an international remote team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a little confusing with so many settings but Hubspot has a great training program that allows our team to keep learning and a support staff if we need extra help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us not allow any clients or potential clients fall through the cracks. Allows us to send out email marketing campaigns. We use it for help tickets from our clients. We can see the whole timeline of a client, from when they visit our site pages to meetings with our sales team, to signing a contract and all the team members who contact them and when they were last contacted and set up task reminders to call or email them again - it's super helpful!

It's a great tool and a great investment!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot primarily in sales. It's a great tool that allows me to do all my tasks from one single platform (emails, calls, notes, scheduling meetings). I like as well the features that help me to automate my tasks (snippets, sequences, workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
- The app is not ideal and I have uninstalled it recently.
- The reporting feature is great but there are a few reports that don't seem clear to us (e.g. the calculation of the sales funnel)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous CRMs (we have switched quite often and now we stick to Hubspot) we didn't have everything centralized. We had a system to store notes about conversations, needed to switch to gmail to write emails, to the calendar to schedule meetings and copy and paste phone numbers in a different system to call. With the HubspotCRM that's not the case any more as everything is available on one platform.
Personally, I write a lot of emails and the sequence feature has helped me to save quite some time. Same for the task queues that allows me to get fast through my daily tasks.

I can highly recommend Hubspot. It's easy to use, easy to set up and offers interesting features we didn't find in other tools.

Hubspot seems to flow almost seamlessly with the natural thought/organization process of how the science of human interaction works the best

Sometimes it feels like there are too many buttons/options/slight clutter - you get lost while trying to learn, the learning curve is just a tad steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the efficiency of property turnovers, streamlining emergency maintenance issue resolution, helping track interactions with all property owners, tenants, and vendors.

If you're looking for something very personable, active in its development, and intuitive, I would say Hubspot CRM is a good choice. After gaining some experience with the tool, which may seem daunting at first but is quickly improved if you use Hubspot Academy's tutorials and training videos, you will find that it has niche options that pop up at just the right time and make you breathe a sigh of relief like "Oh, it can do that? Awesome."
