What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of our customer data, automating marketing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot CRM has a lot of helpful hidden powers. It can handle even the most complex needs and accomplish most tasks. It has a great phone app, and Gmail extension that helps it live where you need it most. They have some great learning resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
To truly unlock its power you'll have to pay, a lot. For everything. You have to hand it to them, they have the model nailed down. But, until you have your CRM and marketing automation really nailed down and defined, it's not the best playground to start in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales and marketing teams were able to share CRM and take action.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have an implementation plan, and budget available to get everything possible out of it. It is too powerful and sophisticated for what many will need starting out.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Hubspot for my role specifically is the social media hub. I find it very simple to use, and keep posts scheduled weeks in advance. This is a great organizational tool for my day to day. I also utilize the landing page feature frequently. We are always updating our website, and the option to do so through landing pages in hubspot is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can sometimes find that the landing page building isn't as intuitive as it could be. It definitely takes getting used to, but once you've gotten solid experience it gets easier and easier. I've also found that Hubspot customer service can't always assist with the pre-built templates for landing pages, but definitely help as much as they can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly updating our website by building out new landing pages. We are able to completely revamp our website just with a few tweaks to a landing page, which is a huge plus. We have also increased our presence on social media greatly. I am able to easily schedule out social media posts weeks in advance across all platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend spending a lot of time within the CRM exploring the different services that are offered as well as any complimentary services that hubspot offers (Hubspot User Group meet ups). These are very useful as you can learn how other people are utilizing Hubspot, as well as be aware of any new features that are being rolled out.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most CRMs, HubSpot has tools that actually get new highly qualified leads, not just managed the contacts you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing behind it. HubSpot's a big name, but no one really knows it outside the marketing world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM feeds from my mail activity, so I don't have to spend a lot of time keeping the CRM up to date. The eMail tracking tool is awesome, and the interface is pretty easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get an expert to implement it for you. It's software and you're not going to fully exploit it without a good implementation. It's a matter of strategy and technical knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows quick insight into customer accounts, allows new leads to be easily directed to the right person, and makes sure that no leads go unnoticed by catching them all. There is also an easy scoring system that allows sales professionals to know where to spin their wheels most effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scoring system does seem not to "discriminate" in that points are given for things that wouldn't necessarily indicate a hot lead. This also may have something to do with our internal scoring system, or it might be part of the core algorithm. Either way, occasionally I am notified of new leads that do not have any significance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes to research a lead is cut down, makes it easier to just reach out instead of taking a bunch of time outside of the CRM to find out more about the customer prior to outreach.

It's a great integration system with Salesforce. It makes for quick information grabbing and ease of outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of communication with others on your team through HubSpot. It's very easy to know who last dealt with an account or customer and see all details involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any major downsides from HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer calling the same Businesses because it's easy to search if a business has already been called. All of the details for the call, email, or visit are in one spot.

HubSpot is easy to use and make information regarding accounts available for team members. Awesome for keeping everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of HubSpot is the tools and features that ensure a company is always ahead of customer leads and activities. I like the task management features on the platform that ensures that all emails are responded to. I also like the email integration features that allow users to achieve all their needs on one platform. HubSpot is also a great platform based on the custom properties and the fact that users can access a lot of beneficial features to suit their business marketing needs for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is composed of downsides such as the inability to integrate the platform with third-party software and tools. The platform also lacks in-built automation which requires users to constantly log on the platform and perform tasks manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been essential in meeting our marketing and customer relationship management needs. The key benefit I have realized is based on the tasks management that ensures that all emails are responded to which is crucial for customer management.

HubSpot is a great platform that is capable of ensuring that you achieve the best from your sales and marketing efforts. This is achieved through the vast tools and features that are highly effective.

it’s available completely for free. Any business, regardless of budget, can use HubSpot CRM at no cost and integrate it with just as many business systems and applications as necessary.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it slows down a bit, usually due to maintenance but they always advise you if experiencing difficulties. It may change the appearance of some items (like my signature) although everything is ok. Basically, I have nothing bad to say about it - still haven't tried all the features since using free package.

We've increased efficiencies, improved collaboration, and have improved our overall customer success and support strategies. Hubspot has made our lives easier.
