Convenient way to save templates

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have access at the click of a button to all my best templates. These templates are formatted specifically for my prospects. Many of the times I need to send the same email to many people and it can be time consuming to go back in history to find past emails. This allows me to access them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you have to pay extra to get live customer support. By that I mean on phone support with a real person. All I have right now is support via email chat bot. Which is a long process. Most questions I have to find the answers myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am having difficulties with the CRM being slow sometimes and in the past had my contacts get mixed up. But the task list is great it keeps me organized. I do not forget to follow up with contacts. One thing I wish that it would do is give me a forecast outlook for how many task are assigned each day in the future so that I do not overload myself with work. When that happens I realize I can not get through everything and run out of time before the day is over to finish all of my work. It would be better if I could easily blink and see where I should push a task out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is better then Salesforce

That you can't see lead's region under tasks list

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of the temples and deals dashboard to holistically see what's going on at any point! Templates are such a huge time saver for those messages I send again and again. I also love the Gmail connection, makes it super easy to drop in a template, document, meeting link, and schedule the email directly through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if our Hubspot integrations (Wistia) worked a little more holistically rather than just on contact records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped solve the problem of keeping track of what my clients are doing at any given time- holistically keeping track of emails, calls, conversations, and clicks.

Consider what your business holistically needs rather than just basic features.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to call, email with attachments or templates, schedule meetings at any level or opportunity a have everything together is awesome and makes prospecting time efficient.

The mobile app is a bit clunky and small on my phone

we can track the lifecycle of our customers so that we don't miss any details about our client and all marketing tasks can be done from this software

tracking the users from non hubspot form is very compilicateed process otherwise it is very nice software

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's CRM solution is free forever! It's perfect for an organization that is looking for a simple CRM solution to capture client information and track correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default "sent by Hubspot" text that appears on all email correspondence! This can be hidden when you purchase a paid plan - I think this should just be removed completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've never had a place to keep and track our client database until we started using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this software is tracking and followup which i like.Its very easy to track which client opening date billing closing date.Also the amount and who are involve in this deal etc.The UI also so user friendly.You can raise ticket and close tickets easily

There are very least item where we can maintain our client details.

We can manage our big team with a single manager.Also we can do implementation

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all records (contacts, companies, emails, etc.) can work well together. Their depth of integration and applications makes this a must-have for small and medium businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
They will often roll out changes and updates without any warning. Most of the time, it is no issue, though the bigger the change, the more annoying it can be. There also seems to be some restrictions when it comes to analyzing data and pulling reports beyond the applications they current present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to succinctly run campaigns with corresponding landing pages, CTAs, emails, and lists without leaving the platform is work the price of admission alone!

What do you like best about the product?
Having the option to add contacts to deals so that all information is stored in one place. The ability to add contacts to lists and take actions on those lists. Calling platform with builtin note section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of 5 contacts in side panel view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing client information while allowing for company-wide transparency on the communications.

Hubspot is a great, easy to use CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. I have used many CRM over the years and Hubspot UI is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does have its limitations. Reporting isn't as granular, especially if you're a marketer and need to report in cohort or not being able to report (manual report) on the success of a workflow.

In addition, I find the campaigns a little clunky compared to other CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came to Hubspot to avoid working in separate CRMs between marketing and sales. Hubspot has certainly helped this.
