Hubspot makes my job more efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Hubspot is pleasant on the eyes. You are not overwhelmed with features bombarding you at first glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe not dislike but an improvement on the use of filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing directly with clients and sending out attachments/ templates makes my job easier.

Ease of use and makes work more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot CRM to very useful in managing customer communication and interaction. At my company, I primarily work qualify leads and arrange appointments for our sales representatives, and the filters and data records are essential for me to reach out to un-contacted leads. I love how every interaction with a customer can be seen by my team. It is a very efficient and seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish HubSpot CRM would add the ability to receive inbound calls. HubSpot is very useful because it brings all of the customer data into one efficient app. If HubSpot could be our main phone hub it increase efficiency in the office, and eliminate the need to pay for additional software services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved several problems. Having a rich customer database has helped us to improve our customer retention efforts. It's very valuable to track the journeys of our customers, and thus modify our efforts in response to their actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is probably one of the most efficient databases to use for customer management. It is not perfect, but certainly a valuable and worthwhile tool.
Competitive CRM dedicated to continuous improvement of their (already) great tools!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot accommodates every need of of my sales responsibilities and initiatives. Specifically, the level of customer specific KPI's that help me make a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Hubspot maintenance is limiting during crunch time. Overall, not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer KPI's and activity. Hubspot let's me know what my prospective and active customers are interested in, acting on, and searching for. It has helped me see full scope into who my customer is and what they want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the tutorials and play with the modules. Go through complete cycle, thus allowing you to fully understand how to best use Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are a time saver! I work in support and so being able to reply quickly is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conversations inbox and support board can be difficult to differentiate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hoping to implement Live chat and having a built in Live Chat option in HubSpot solved the issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From a support standpoint, it has plenty of customization and will satisfy your basic needs and then some!

What do you like best about the product?
Oh lord, to name a few: functionality, workflows, automation, transparency, integrations available to other software such as our internal webpage & email, Marketing Hub & the template emails available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there are things that I dislike about HubSpot. I am still learning how to navigate through the platform and they are constantly upgrading and enhancing the features provided to their clients. If there were anything I were to ask to change, it would likely be to simply enhance the list capabilities, but this could also be a user error. For example, a few weeks ago we were trying to send a email to all clients except those who have been sold a policy already. If there was a "Deal Stage" synced with each associated Contact's Deal, it would have made excluding these from the list. Instead, we revised what our marketing email said and sent it along to everyone. It worked and we got 4 new prospects out of the Marketing email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved efficiency problems- previously when using other CRMs, we wouldn't be able to see clearly which deals were falling off our radar, but now with HubSpot, we see our deals in a table view which allow us to designate certain days for follow ups on certain items. For example, Mondays = Prospecting, Tuesdays = Quoting, Weds = Presenting, Thursday = Following up on Presentations, Friday = Binding, etc. We realize that by using HubSpot daily to track our clients, their deals, their status

Utilize the trainings and blog available. There are some pretty incredible webinars & articles available to help not only Sales Departments, but also Service!
Better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like the colorful and user friendly interface and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that with 'sequences' it will move forward with the "steps" even when you haven't completed the first one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my disorganization skills and being able to see all of the history right in front of you enables you to see sales patterns

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Crm is one of the best services I have ever had the privilage to work with. I have used Sales Force in the past and it doesn't even compare. HubSpot is so much easier to navigate through. The templates, documents you can create and than just add them to your email as you send out emails. I send out so many emails a day that this truly has saved me hours in my day. I don't have to copy and paste. I don;t have to type the same email a 1,000 times I can just go to template and it creates the email for me. Just go to documents and click file add documents to email. Book a meeting with Brent is awesome as well. A link I insert into my email through HubSpot services where my customer or prospect can book a meeting with me through my email. HubSpot than automatically sends webinar invite to customer or prospect. Plus sends on my behalf 2 different email reminders for webinar. I do get notified when my email has been opened or a link within the email is clicked on.I really do like this but like I said it doesn't show where it was opened. It does show you who opened it though. Thank you HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I don't like EXCEPT that the fact they took away where it shows when someone opens my email where they are opening it at. What country or state. I do get notified when my email has been opened or a link within the email is clicked on.I really do like this but like I said it doesn't show where it was opened. It does show you who opened it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just like I mentioned above. Saves me hours on sending emails. Notifies me when email or link in email has been clicked on or opened. I don't have to type the same email over and over again. I can use templates and bam in just a matter of seconds my email is done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it no doubt. Definitely worth it. It will save you so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity that Hubspot offers. It's very user friendly and intuitive to use. The Deals function is what I use the most. One of my favorite things is how when you are adding a new Contact it will tell you if someone is already in your contacts, keeping you from having to go through that process of adding them again. I also really enjoy having the Google Chrome extension, so it pulls my emails into the activity section of the deals without having to reference back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most CRMs I have used in the past have a "Won" and "Lost" function where Won typically converts them to a current customer. On Hubspot we have just had to make won/lost/abandoned stages at the end of the pipeline to keep it organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better staying on top of our sales pipeline. The reporting tools have been beneficial for us to see how many people we have coming in every week and determining what our close rates are. We have better been able to focus on creating new opportunities and deals because we aren't having to worry about all of the current ones being unorganized.

I like the design of the tool, it's very intuitive and fast to find the features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to create and integrate a feature to send a message for WhatsApp! I work in the Brazilian market and there this is the priority communicator to clients.

In the hubspost, I work quickly to contact my clients and schedule their information.

A great sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few CRM systems in the past, however Hubspot beats them all hands down.
I particularly like that I can track what my leads are doing, are they opening my emails, re-visiting my website. I also like the deal pipeline so I can see at what stages my customers are at and if there's a particular area that I need to revisit or focus on.
The task feature is great because it means I can't forget to make a call or contact a lead.
Having an automated integrated system is absolutely fantastic.
I particularly like that I can track what my leads are doing, are they opening my emails, re-visiting my website. I also like the deal pipeline so I can see at what stages my customers are at and if there's a particular area that I need to revisit or focus on.
The task feature is great because it means I can't forget to make a call or contact a lead.

Sometimes leads and deals can become merged which is frustrating.

It's had a huge impact on how organised and productive the team is.
