Keeping me on Task
What do you like best about the product?
The task tab is how I run my day to day. I get on in the morning and look at new tasks for that day and go back to look at all tasks for anything I haven't gotten to yet as well as future tasks which I use to plan my schedule for the upcoming week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I was previously able to *mark as complete* directly from the task now rather I have to check all boxes of complete tasks and eliminate them all in one rather than go task by task to ensure accuracy and completion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task tab has solved the problem of losing track of cadences and follow-ups with prospects by allowing my to track and date all follow-up emails and calls as well as give me a heads-up of upcoming tasks that may have gotten lost in the mix without Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipeline management system and the dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant filter tasks by location only by name of the task - should be able to filter them by the company that they are associated with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves time in phoneing because it means that we can phone straight from hubspot
Fast, intuitive, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most of this CRM compared to others is how intuitive it is to use. I did not receive any training and within minutes I was up and running. Also, I really like the sequence feature and the way everything is displayed. The personalisation of the dashboard is also an excellent feature, allowing you to see only what is relevant to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to apply two filters at a time on a list. Otherwise, there is not much I dislike from Hubspot. There are a lot of options and features and I couldn't think of another one to add better value to it than the one previously mentioned. I also wish that the modification of the elements of a list would save, but it seems to always go back to what the administrator set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with my list, sending email, creating sequences in an efficient way, all whilst having access to information from the whole sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is fast and efficient. It answers all the needs you might have when it comes to a CRM, even with a basic subscription. If you are looking for an easy to use, user friendly, fast, complete CRM that is up to date with today's technology, Hubspot is the right one for you. Also, I really appreciate all the literature about marketing, telemarketing, prospecting and so on; they are very insightful and have greatly helped me in my day to day job.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track and follow up with my contacts and being able to customize almost everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the QUEUE allowed me to log a call without changing the name of my task/creating a new one

The daily hustle of contacting as many people as I can with the QUEUES

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to modify the date in task tab, how I can personalize each task based on deal stage so specific information shows up with what I need to complete each task. The workflows in general, though improvements can be made, they are useful and the team is always ready to provide helpful tips on how to make them better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could time the task based on the date of a scheduled meeting and not based on a set time from a workflow.
I wish workflows linked together in an easier fashion, that you could unenroll a client and then re-enroll them exactly where they left.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved - tracking third party updates to complete a service.
- small tasks not falling between the cracks
- Ensuring follow up of manual emails or manuel enrollment in workflows is completed.
Benefits - peace of mind of not having to keep tabs myself, the workflows and tasks do that for me and give me the breathing room to pace the tasks.
- Keeping track of whats outstanding on day to day tasks, so I don't have to keep going back to each deal.
- Allowing me to focus on bigger projects.
- Track where I'm losing customer engagement based on tasks that are outstanding for some time.

The Modern Rolodex
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's customer relationship management software is the easiest, most efficient way to keep track of leads and maximize sales. I use this software all day, every day. I'd be lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent update overcomplicated some features and made bugs more visible. The "deals" feature does not migrate across fields properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to follow up with leads, update our clients on new features, and close deals.
Missing key features for prioritising outbound calls and sequences
What do you like best about the product?
Structure of the system is relatively easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use HubSpot predominantly for outbound calling and setting up email sequences to add touch points to my outbound calling. HubSpot lacks the functionality to easily prioritise hot leads within calling sequences, this would make a huge difference as a lot of my conversions come from here. With the email sequences they are very rigid; it would be very beneficial for these to be dynamic and adaptable to time limits and even better to incorpore different channels of communication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to somewhat efficiently phone all my leads and send them templated emails. Helping to contact and convert clients
Sending Templates
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most are all the token and meeting links you can add to a template. Depending on the token sometimes you don't even need to edit anything. This makes my job much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is how long it takes to load a contact. The speed of the system is not the greatest. I also don't like that you can't select multiple contacts and send them the same template throughout the sale portions of things.

We can now track all leads and possible leads that before was fallen into cracks.
Hubspot - Deals Function Review
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the deals section of hubspot is that it is very easy to use. The various pipelines make it very easy to track orders, client relationships and client growth. This combined with the other real time statistical analysis enable evaluation of projections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback of Hubspot is that there is no inbound call function. Just like you can call out from any number through hubspot it would be good if individual employees could receive calls in the same manner, For a small organisation this would be really helpful and ensure clients are directed to the correct people within the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem before hubspot was organisation. Too many deals and clients were lost through poor organisation. Hubspot has given a means to store all contact, company, deal and financial information. The benefits are enormous just looking at the customers that would have perhaps fallen off of the radar had hubspot not been in place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really recommend hubspot - as it is really easy to use and it allows you to keep on top of everything.
Great tool for event sales!
What do you like best about the product?
It links to your email account so all of the emails are instantly reachable on Hubspot as back up. It also allows you to set yourself tasks and reminders which is great when you are working with over a 100 different events!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't action a Follow Up on the designated day, it won't appear the following day. You therefore need to check it every day in order to not miss anything, you then need to move each follow up if you're not going to get round to completing it that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great as a email storage back up so that other colleagues can view the correspondence should they not have access to your individual email account.
