Overall excellent, highly customizable with some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has gained an great overall increase in efficiency through the flexibility of the deal pipeline combined with the power of the workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited nature of the task management options and the clunkiness of the @mention as the only way to really draw attention to something in the activity feed. In order to provide the full spectrum of functionality that would take Hubspot from great to absolutely awesome, there would need to be some investment in usability and options for teams from an operational perspective. Having a "like" or "read" button on notes could also really lighten up the overall notifications and streamline team communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As operations coordinator with a remote team managing the interface between manufacturing, shipping and receiving with the relationship based nature of a sales driven company, the possibility to more fully integrate our customer service and logistics systems into CRM has helped reduce duplication in our processes and increase efficiency.
Great for small teams but lacking in features.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM was easy to implement and simple to navigate. From day one users can begin entering lead, prospect, deal, and customer information as well as conducting outreach. Hubspot CRM makes tasks like repetitive customer email interactions easy to manage. A growing product means new features are launched regularly and usability continues to improve. Many of the functions of the Hubspot CRM pair directly with Hubspot's marketing suite making integration with content marketing efforts seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot CRM lacks many of the reporting features consistent with larger enterprise CRM systems. The product is relatively new and continues to grow resulting in near constant changes to the feature set and user interface. While great for outreach, the product lacks many functions necessary for effective team leadership and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a great CRM for a small, growing team. The system is easy to onboard and allows for great sales functionality straight out of the gate. Hubspot CRM allowed us to grow our book of business and effectively track team outreach, response rates, and deal creation. Unfortunately, the simple nature of the system and limited reporting functionality meant more time calculating results and less time outreaching.

What do you like best about the product?
it is fast and convenient to e-mail prospects and answer the same questions with a template. It saves a lot of time in order to use your time more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Hubspot CRM on a mobile phone. When I was on vacation and only had my phone with me, I was not able to use a template on my phone to respond to a prospect.

Best CRM for startups
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizes your deals and followups and get notified when to contact your potential clients again. Also they have very useful tips to improve your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to call all your leads you have to open them one by one and add the call log manually. If HubSpot could integrate a mass calling software then forget about every other CRM!!

Lead management obviously, organization with remote team members and log everything you do.

What do you like best about the product?
keeping track of leads and actions, staying organized with notes/calls and being able to connect companies to larger affiliate/parent organizations. pipeline analysis and ability to see overall activities every week. Easy search to find what I'm looking for - some issues with this feature as listed below.
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes up a lot of RAM, slows my computer down and lags if too many windows are open.
deal stage progression does not track properly on the dashboard (i.e. if I skip a stage it does not track) - I also cannot track deals lost vs. deals won. search results do not always show exact match to what I typed (ex. typed full company name, instead a lead name pops up with some similar letters, I have to scroll down to get to the company) Cannot search for phone numbers, sometimes I get a call on my mobile that looks familiar, I try to search for it in Hubspot but it will not show up.

Simply, staying organized so I can easily track and recall leads, conversations, etc. I'm able to track all stages of the deal and sales cycle, able to identify who has been contact and about what, so I know how to position my sale pitch for next time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great value for money, extremely intuitive and will help you stay on top of your sales pipeline and lead gen. Great automation tools and integration features with other sales tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is clear and intuitive. It is very easy to learn how to use Hubspot quickly. I recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find many things to dislike in Hubspot. Maybe i can suggest that every user can change a colours in a mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve residental real estates problem in Hubspot CRM. Thanks to Hubspot it is not to get lost with all cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is FREE, easy to setup and now includes FREE email marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are very simple and not very useful. But most don't need reporting for CRM purposes. It's gets more important when you get into doing inbound marketing. For that, you'll probably upgrade to a paid version of Hubspot anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Between emails, phone calls, and general notes it is difficult to keep the stream of communication with a customer in one place. Hubspot has plugins for Outlook and GMail, so all of your e-mail is tracked in one newsfeed. Also included in that newsfeed are your notes, and if you use the Phone App, you can log calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is never the wrong answer. It's free so trying it out only costs your time. Other popular CRM's feel oversized for what most businesses need to do. If you are like me, you will use HubSpot and want to upgrade to some of the paid versions because the value is there!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, navigate, and keep track of tasks, and export data
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering can be tedious, there isn’t a strict guide on how to use it, you have to try it out yourself. A nice tutorial/ trial would be nice for first time users, along with notifying users about the academy features. Lots of features to be used, but it is not advertised.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has given me the ability to keep track of all enquiries, close more deals and elevate my customer service. Without Hubspot I would be losing out on so many unfollowed up enquiries. The automation makes managing my many customers easily and I am looking forward to getting even more out of Hubspot in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I struggle with is the complexity of creating the automation and workflows. Luckily the support is there that I need and I am sure it is something that I will get the hang of the more I use it in the future.

Hubspot helps me to tie up loose ends. Follow up customers that may have forgotten and also enables me to forecast what is incoming for the month.
Hubspot turns you into an uber sales professional!
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Hubspot is the intuitive layout of its functions that allows me to do my work in sales seamlessly and it presents information in an easy, uncluttered layout. It also integrates effectively with third party sales tools such as Sales Navigator which extends its functionality into the realm of uber sales prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see sales analytics tools and reporting embedded in this application. This would be helpful in analyzing improvement areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this system to effectively and efficiently manage my daily sales activities like leads and pipeline management.
