Been a good experience
What do you like best about the product?
It’s helped us combine the teams and move closer to using one system. Also, great ability to track information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to figure out what I need to make it work for me.

Creates efficiency. Allows us to see the pipeline in progress , and assessments after as well.

It’s great to have a place to store everything, that everyone has access to the same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are struggling with data duplicates, which really slows us down but this is an “us” problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a gathering place of information. I want to update our quotes with the new ones.
Such a great all in one space
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a all-inclusive space for me to navigate my day-to-day tasks and better reach more qualified leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the amount of information or abilities can feel overwhelming, but I know that if I take a time, I’ll eventually be able to work through all the options.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is my go to for sales team management. I like that it replicates a traditional sales process but done smarter, so that clients of all backgrounds and skill levels can understand and use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better syncing between Sales Hub and Zoom, or a native Hubspot video meeting app that automatically records and transcribes video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Across all my clients Sales Hub allows us to more easily surface qualified leads and turn them into customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull all the leads that the sales team has not engaged with in a certain time period, then enabling them to sort a list based on engagement for conversion
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team don’t utilize any automations, or use a sequence and then abandon it when finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage leads that need to become customers
No one does it better!
What do you like best about the product?
There is no CRM better than Hubspot. It’s incredibly powerful, of course, but the best aspect of Sales Hub is its customizability. Any time a client asks - is that possible in Hubspot, the answer is yes!

Nothing! This is a great product and I’m grateful for it.

Keeping track of leads, lead nurturing, and data analysis made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
HS Sales Hub offers an easy way to bring all helpful and necessary data together for just the sages team but all supporting teams as well in a smart and seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides and to scratch deep enough, it’s usually something that gets resolved before too long in the UX/UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multiple sources of client data across different platforms, HS has brought them together allowing our teams to save time and effort so they can focus on results instead of process.

I like that it brings all of our data into one place and allows our sales team to take quick action on there accounts

Sales workspace seems disconnected from the main CRM pipeline at times

Deal scoring helps us identify deals that are ready to close and allows our teams to focus on the right deals at the right time
