Easy-to-Use CRM That Drives Sales Efficiency And Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales CRM is strong for pipeline visibility and team adoption. The interface is clean, reporting is flexible, and integrations (especially with Marketing Hub) reduce friction. It’s easy to set up sequences, track deals, and keep sales activity organized without constant admin work.
What I love the best is the reporting to help with sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Data hygiene takes constant discipline because the system doesn’t proactively flag inconsistencies.

like how HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to track deals, manage pipelines, and stay on top of follow-ups. It keeps everything organised and helps the team close deals faster.

Some of the advanced features take time to set up and learn, but once in place they work really well

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us manage our pipeline more effectively, track every deal, and automate follow-ups. It saves time, reduces missed opportunities, and makes it easier to close deals faster.
Great CRM Tool that has everything you need, whether you are a small business or a large company
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the simple features and integrations to other tools like calendar, email, phone calls, call recording and transcripotion. Automated features give more advanced solutions if you have complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes honestly at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an implementer of HubSpot and I run my company on HubSpot. I have over six years of experience with the tool and it is just really good to see the contant uopdates and features that get added.

There’s no more guessing. We have one source of truth and we can manage deals more efficiently and no more missed opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one that I dislike about it right now.

We can monitor contacts that we haven't engaged with.

Email segregation could be better. One big pile associated with deals is cumbersome

HubSpot has been absolutely instrumental to our sales team. Although we’re still figuring out a few kinks, I can’t wait to see what this can do to excel for my team!

We haven’t been using the tool quite long enough to have dislikes just yet.

HubSpot has helped us significantly with reporting that we need to share with our leadership team

Currently we have a one directional sync. It would be so nice if we could sync both ways

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's really powerful and flexible and has tons of functionality allowing me adapt it to my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky sometimes, e.g. lists need a lot of time to refresh, etc.

Great too for anyone not wanting a behemoth CRM. Plus their ai innovations look very exciting.

Stage gathering is limited for sales process management.
