What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is an all-in-one, user-friendly CRM platform that centralizes customer data and boosts productivity. It streamlines sales activities from lead generation to closing by automating tasks with deal tracking and follow-ups. The platform also enables better team collaboration and provides deep analytics, which helps my team focus more on sales and less on administrative tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the AI-powered guided selling solution and meeting scheduling features, which help in meeting preparation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly as the team grows, and there are mandatory fees for joining. There are lots of bugs in mobile app usage. The platform is a little bit complex to understand, which makes it time-consuming to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to streamline sales activities by centralizing customer data and automating tasks. It boosts productivity with deep analytics, guided selling, and meeting scheduling, helping my team focus more on sales.

The intuitive interface means the team can start using it quickly without heavy training, reducing adoption issues and manual errors. The clear pipeline visibility helps us understand exactly where each deal stands, what needs immediate action, and where bottlenecks exist. The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward, with core features like contact, workflow, deals, pipeline, and activity tracking being quick to configure. Basic onboarding and templates helped the team get started without much technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Sales Hub works well overall, some advanced customizations and automations can feel limited unless you move to a higher-tier plan. Reporting for very specific or complex use cases sometimes requires a workaround, and deeper customization of the dashboard could be more flexible. Additionally, for larger teams, managing permissions and maintaining consistent data hygiene can require extra effort.

I highly recommend it for teams focused on growth and organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub because there's a lot of different things you can do on the platform itself. I use it the most for setting up my email sequences, as it gives me the ability to set up templates and copy them over to another kind of sequence. I also appreciate its task consolidation feature, which helps me get a bird's view of everything I have to do for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find a specific function because it's just so many things you could do with the platform. It takes me some time to get to the right tab. It was not the easiest, definitely, but I had an account manager guiding me through the setup, which helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub consolidates my tasks, helping me get a bird's eye view of everything I need to do for the day.
