Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the agents are great. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need 1 to 1 texting badly. We have been using third party for many years. It really needs to be native.

How seamlessly and intuitively everything works together
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always super obvious how certain features work to brand new HubSpot users (like why Sequences might not apply when someone unsubscribes, or not noticing that a sequence was paused because of an action)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics on messaging and sales prospecting based on collaborative templates and standardized processes; putting guardrails on processes (like deal stages with required properties) to ensure data is accurate and consistent
Great platform to manage and understand your customer database
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when you create a new contact, you can see their activity with your business, and to some level their intent because it tells you if they visited a specific page on your webiste or if they interacted with your ads. It makes it easier for sales teams identify in what stage of the buyers journey their potential customers are + you can do a lot of things from the platform without having to jump from one app to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a feature that the platform seems to not have, whihc would be really helpful. There is no history tab to go back to a page or deal you were working before without having to close what you were working on previously.
it will be nice to have that ability to just click on the history button and open up exactly where I left off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a clear picture of where our customers are coming from, how long does it take and in what stage they are converting. Whit this insights we are able to improve the processes and optimize the campaigns we are running.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub is very easy to use, things are clear. There are many features which are loved by team but also by managers. Really great customization possibilities and some great pre ready reports

I have not find something I dislike yet.

We have all data we need in one place so we can not only report but also be alerted when needed

I love the ease of use of tracking the sales journey. I also love all the new features like Sales Workspace

I wish the app had more features like working on a playbook in the app instead of the web verison, this will allow for more adoption,

Tracking deals in the funnel and process.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of being able to create views inside the detailed screens for reviews that are needed based on the nature of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less flexibility of being able to add custom revenue fields in the Deal Historical snapshots pre-templated reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us create custom tabs and views that allows us to review deals at a glance and spot the good indicators and bad indicators. This in turn allows us to act fast.

Love being able to manage my deals from start to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It just keeps getting better and better. And we just need to keep learning how best to leverage this powerful tool.

Hubspot helps us keep track of and streamlines all our deals and contacts.
Clarity at every view
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track information on your contacts from different object views. The consistency and transparency are huge bonuses alot of companies don't even realize they are missing out on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly nothing. Nothing that HubSpot isn't actively working on improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
deal pipeline tracking, communication with contacts through the pipeline, ability to see logged conversations, phone calls, email etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How they continue to innovate, and add to the depth of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Hubs. If I have to pick something, I would say simplifying the enablement at the admin level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps my team be more efficient and able to track everything they are doing while also giving my leadership team the ability to coach, assist, and manage through the same data.
