Effective Lead Management, Needs Better Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the lead status function most. It helps me understand and navigate between cold and hot leads. When I get 100 leads and do activities like calling or sending emails and texts, changing the lead status helps me identify which leads have a high or low chance of a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags integration with good virtual meeting software like Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage lead data, engage with leads, update their status as needed, and maintain our sales pipeline. It helps me identify leads with high chances of sale and keep track of the sales funnel effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me with creating lists, which makes it easier to manage contacts and companies in the CRM. I find the reporting capabilities quite valuable as well. The initial setup was easy and I use it alongside other tools like Slack, Apollo, and Instantly.

Export can be made easier

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Great UI. Love the prospect 360 tracking. The points system to qualify leads and surface them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menus could be easier to navigate. Support isn't great, too slow to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple CRM to operate from a user perspective with complex features in the background. Saves us so much time and cost in salaries as the salesperson can do this, eliminating need for sales admin.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how clean and intuitive it is while still being very powerful. It makes tracking deals, emails, and follow-ups feel effortless, and the visibility across the sales pipeline is excellent. The tight integration with email, calendars, and CRM data helps keep everything organised without adding admin overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that advanced features and automation quickly push you into higher-priced tiers. Customisation can also feel limited compared to more complex CRMs, especially for very specialised sales processes. As teams grow, reporting and forecasting can become harder to tailor without additional setup or add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of fragmented sales tracking and manual follow-ups by centralising deals, contacts, emails, and activities in one place. It helps automate routine sales tasks and provides clear visibility into the pipeline and customer interactions. For me, this means less admin work, more consistent follow-ups, and better insight into deal progress, which ultimately improves efficiency and close rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use HubSpot Sales Hub is, particularly enjoying the deals view where my team has created a pipeline for various services sold, alongside dashboards to track progress through the sales cycle. The efficiency we gain from the simple-to-use templates and email snippets has been a huge win, saving us so much time. The deals view makes it straightforward to see all my deals in one place, helping me understand what stage in the sales cycle each deal is at and whether I need to reach out or follow up. The quote templates, which can be customized based on the service sold, allow us to send out professional proposals with built-in Stripe integration for online payments, further streamlining our process. Email snippets help me quickly draft personal emails with pre-populated language, so I don't have to re-type the same thing repeatedly, again saving loads of time. The initial setup was very user-friendly, and the exceptional support from the tech team when the online knowledge base articles didn’t suffice has been appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Overall a very good tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been pleasantly surprised by how HubSpot Sales Hub has superseded Salesforce in terms of user friendliness, with really smooth UX and UI. It's a huge time saver, consolidating all the information I need for selling and retaining my client base while allowing me to never miss a beat with my clients by looking back at every interaction we've had to stay up to date. The simplicity and user-friendly interface stand out, making it really easy to pull reporting and choose which fields you want to see. I love how easy it is to look at deals within the sales tab and move things around. The buyer intent tab and lead scoring in HubSpot are really interesting and helpful, allowing us to focus on what's going to help drive revenue. The reporting is phenomenal, and everything lives in HubSpot, making it an essential tool for our company. HubSpot Sales Hub has also made amazing advancements in the CRM space, really establishing itself as a household name. The initial setup was very easy and smooth, having a CSM to guide us through the process helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Salesforce was a little bit easier for prospecting outside of marketing automation. Sometimes I like to just go account based or contact based selling. And I think HubSpot does a good job in just giving you, like, a holistic overview of each account. But, I think Salesforce was a little bit more sales oriented. HubSpot, while it's fantastic for sales, I'd say it's better for cross departmental collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a time-saver that consolidates information for successful selling and client retention. It provides historical data for seamless onboarding and ensures I stay updated with client interactions. Its email marketing and reporting features are phenomenal, supporting my weekly reports and keeping activities current.
