Customizable for our business needs and jargon and simple interface for sales team to track deals and follow up with leads and customers

Nothing - it’s easy to use and the user interface is great

Tracking contacts and following leads abs customers throughout their customer journey and sales cycle

The user interface is super simple and easy to use.

I honestly can’t think of anything off the top of my head!

Ease of duplicating and sending emails to multiple contact lists - remove need to code emails in HTML.

Easy to set up and there are ample opportunities for customization.

Sometimes there’s too many options. More in app guidance would be good for usual flows.

What do you like best about the product?
We use lead scoring, forecasting, and sales analytics every day to monitor and nurture the accounts and deals we're working. HubSpot makes it easy to see where to deploy our efforts. It was easy to get started, and easy to navigate.
We especially love one of the most basic features - being able to see each other's communications with clients lets us deliver a consistent message.

We'd really like a card view that shows multiple pipelines!

Clients used to be very siloed with sales reps. Now, business development, AMs, and PMs can work together across our clients' customer journey.

The HubSpot Sales Hub allows us to track our customs journeys as well as our rep productivity.

Workflow set up can be daunting and very technical.

The reports that each of my salespeople like to see is easily accessible in their dashboard.

Sometimes the system feels clunky and like it doesn’t have the right fields that would be necessary.

It’s solving for my team to have a centralized platform to view their metrics and hit their goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from exclusively using Salesforce I really like the user interface with hubspot and find it’s easier to navigate. The reports are easy to filter and create

I don’t think there’s anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m big on task creation and completion to keep myself organized. Sequence building is easy and the integrations with our prospecting tools definitely cut down on the manual input I have to do.
