The easy part of management besides the ecosystem

Nothing, well it seems very good and friendly to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows and visibility HubSpot gives our teams. Handing off inbound leads and providing the team with lead insights is unmatched. It has changed the way our team receives leads and gives us great insight into how they are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could dumb down some of the things my team sees. They only need to see and access the tools they need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead distribution used to be a manual task for a team member it is now automated and we can track who is getting what.

The sales hub is very useful for my sales team.

It can be somewhat complex to use. I would like to spend more time training my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to look at a quick view to see all of the deals i am colllaborating on, their value, and what stage they are in. I start my momrnin with that to prioritize what i'm doing and that is super helpful. I also like that it's easy to navigate and build reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel clunky to navigate, and i think the way we have it setup it can present some challenges for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a customer solutions manager, it solves the problem of visibility for me. I am able to look at all my deals in one place, look at the emails and activity, stages, and deal deteails super easily in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a world of never hearing about HubSpot until 2 months ago, this tool is fascinating and I’m just starting to scratch the surface. I look forward to all the updates and tools I’ll be able to use to drive forward sales and market to my users and company
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at this moment. I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. There are times where it’s difficult to go from the mobile app to the desktop because I have to get reacquainted to the layout. But I think that’s more of a me problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we’re using it as a tool to keep information about all of our clients in one location. Something that is accessible to all the members on my team. And that in itself is very helpful.

Being able to completely have the sales process in 1 platform. By logging conversations and calls the entire team gets to see whats up.

There is a lot possible, thanks to events like this you get more info about each topic and see how it can work for you

Being able to have the team have insights in whats going on, learn from each other and assist where needed
Its overwhelming initially but once you find the tools that work for your workflow it’s much easier.
