Customizable Pipelines Shine, But Automation Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
That you can customize fields for each partner, and manage sales processes through the different pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations. They are quite difficult to set in place, and oftentimes don't work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails from my colleagues, so the handover within the team is very smooth. Reminding us when we have to check-in with a partner, or when a deal still isn't closed. Getting an overview of what package each client is buying from us and for what price.

Visibility on emails sent from previous team members, notes, and tasking

It is not user intuitive when making properties.

I love learning about new features in the Hub Hugs. I was thrilled to see new features for quoting and have encouraged our company to utilize.

Hard to fix things on your own, customer service is great, but some fixes aren't intuitive.

We needed one place to house all of our sales progress and exchanges, Hubspot was the answer

Additionally, I enjoy how seamlessly HubSpot integrates with other tools like Gong and Sales Navigator, making my workflow smooth and efficient. Its collaborative aspect is also crucial as it keeps everyone in my company on the same page. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub covers all our current needs, which makes it a reliable tool for our daily operations.

I think just making the search function a little bit better. And maybe that comes with the new AI features that they're releasing.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub helps me stay organized and on track with tasks and follow-ups, simplifying my sales operations. The seamless integration with tools like Gong and Sales Navigator enhances my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub incredibly valuable for providing a comprehensive overview of the sales pipeline. This feature helps me keep track of various stages effectively. I also appreciate the ease of exporting data, which allows me to utilize this information effectively in go-to-market strategies. The straightforward setup process was a relief, as it wasn’t challenging at all, allowing for an efficient start. Additionally, I leverage the data capabilities, which would prompt me to repurchase the service. These aspects together make my experience with HubSpot Sales Hub smooth and efficient, ultimately backing up my decision to recommend it with a score of nine.

I find the process of signing in to HubSpot itself to be problematic. Additionally, integrating apps from end to end feels like a hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features and how easy it is to navigate. How I can segregate my leads so I'll know how to strategize to help me convert prospects into closed sales. It's also very easy to set up my account, and I can integrate it to almost all tools related to prospecting and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it's just a bit confusing how to import leads through CSV or Excel files how as I often couldn't find where they went.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage customer information and sales performance, making it easy to strategize and eventually enabling sales agents close more deals.

Being able to track all account correspondense in one, organized space and connecting contacts with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't differentiate between the sender and recipient on email opens

It allows easy automation of contact with accounts through tracking (marketing) email opens, tracking data/engagement, creating tasks for follow up.
