I am using it to save my deals, so that it is easy to track, it is also tracking my active emails, which helps a lot as well

What do you like best about the product?
I've used 3 different CRM's now and none come close to being as intuitive for tracking records on every level. I'm a huge fan of the organization that the layouts create and the ease of customization. Our team's dashboards are very easy to configure. They are something I look at every day and the visualization makes it a quick and easy process to know where we all stand. Creating robust lists is so easy that it is almost fun to do- making automation too simple.

The options for automation from sequences to snippets are easy and a game-changer. Once you pick up steam with commonly used responses, crafting responses is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more time to train on the things I don't know. There are a lot of functions that go largely unused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Tracking email open rates and user engagements

What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user, What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it acts like the nerve center of my sales workflow. Instead of jumping between tools, it pulls everything together — from my AI call notes in CloudTalk to my Google Calendar meetings — and makes it instantly available in one place. I’m not just saving time every day; I’m also walking into every conversation better prepared because all the context I need is already waiting for me inside HubSpot. Its easy to implement & Support is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that while the integrations and automation are fantastic, some of the advanced customization options can feel a bit limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan. It would be great if more flexibility was available out of the box without needing add-ons or workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the problem of scattered information and manual updates. By automatically capturing my CloudTalk call notes and syncing meetings from Google Calendar, it keeps all my sales data in one place. This saves me time, reduces errors, and ensures I always have the full context before engaging with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is easy to use. We're able to integrate it with our customer CRM and our app messaging system. Building templates and email sequences is straightforward. We've also just started using the account-based marketing functionality, which has ideal reporting on account-level activity and movement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features we would need to upgrade to access, such as setting conditions on certain types of lifecycle properties. We don't need the full upgrade, so we have to find workarounds to keep our lead source and lifecycle stages clean. I'd also love for HubSpot to add the option to do a bulk import of postal mail sends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and managing lists of contacts. Automating outreach sequences. Tracking leads and opportunities by source. Measurement of sales activities and account-level activity. Hubspot is core to our entire sales operations. It helps us build and convert pipeline and get the data we need to make strategic decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot a lot. To be quite honest, "a lot" is still a little by how much I use this platform. As an active user who creates deals and quote, it has saved me a lot of time. Not only you send quotes to client, but also track each stage of the deal. The mind-blowing it's the follow ups. With so much in mind, it's easy for things to slips, but with HubSpot, I get reminders to check -in internally and with clients.

I'm all about AI, automations and innovations, so I appreciate a platform that can offer me all three. You can take advantage of integrations and many more cool features. So the final question, is it worth the hype?

Yes, if you're into innovations, data reports and integrations, then the answer is yes. And their Customer support replies fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to grand permission for every little detail. It can be a bit annoying as this is not limited to the user roles, therefore you need to give permissions for level access individually depending on the tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track revenue. Among the stages, our team can see how much we're monetizing from each project.

What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to use and had amazing UI Their integrations were so seamless. Amazing implementation and proactive support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Maybe some lead views could've been better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one thing that I really appreciate about Hubspot is the lead history. I work in sales and this context help me drive my outreach with better context.

What do you like best about the product?
New features that they keep launching, how they are introducing and using AI in their daily basis and the sales workspace dashboard as it gives a huge overview just in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some problems with the recording of calls, but it's something that is going to be fixed.

Sales KPI's and tracking their activity.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our team to coordinate activities quickly, and efficiently. HubSpot keeps our customer data clean as a one-source-of-truth to help manage our activities and gain greater insight into our prospective customers. The system is relatively easy to onboard and adapt to our changing needs. We also use the marketing subscription for sending EDM's to our contacts list and manage form submissions which has increased customer responses and new leads.

Overall we are very happy with HubSpot and how it helps our business. I was surprised how much it suited our niche industry straight out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like most things are pay-to-play and need a higher subscription to get the full potential. In this way our subscription will likely increase in cost each year as things become more complex. Not necessarily a downside, it is just a factor that we need to keep an eye on as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our lead management by creating an easy-to-use ecosystem where all data and customer notes are in place. That benefits us as the sales team of three need to be able to collaborate on the fly, being able to keep each other up to date with customer information.
