What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple set-up, great variety of tools for tracking (lists, tasks, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Aircall integration, it is super buggy and opens many tabs which slows the whole computer down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to have the problem where id track everything in different places now I can just do everything out of hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly interface. very intuitive not much training is needed to be successful on this platform if you've never used it before. Good educational tools if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the is the "freemium" business model. The attractive entry-level "Starter" plans or the free CRM can be misleading for growing businesses. As a company's needs expand, like my small business (I no longer own) , they require more advanced features, the jump to the "Professional" and "Enterprise" tiers comes with a substantial price increase. Its already expensive and this is a major problem.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and makes it simple to manage pipelines, track deals, and automate repetitive tasks. The integration with email and CRM is seamless, which helps in personalizing outreach and improving follow-ups. I also like the detailed reporting dashboards that give clear insights into sales performance and team productivity. The ease of implementation and the wide range of features make it suitable for both small teams and growing businesses. I have been using it on a daily basis, and this helps me keep track of each customer and lets my team provide better customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core features are excellent, some advanced functionalities are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for smaller organizations. At times, customization options for reports and workflows feel a bit limited compared to other tools. Additionally, the mobile app could be more responsive and feature-rich to match the desktop experience.

HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us centralize our sales activities, replacing multiple disconnected tools with one platform. It solves the problem of tracking leads and deals manually by giving full visibility into the pipeline. Automation of follow-ups and reminders ensures that no opportunity is missed, saving time and improving productivity. The built-in analytics also help us identify bottlenecks and focus on the right deals, ultimately leading to faster conversions and better revenue outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
the sales hub keeps our sales and leads easier to maintain process orders and see sales data. layout is perfect

keeping detailed and organized sales data and lead management. i can put so many things together on auto pilot so i never miss a step in the sales process.

Good for SMB, difficult for complex systems

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place. This makes it so much easier for our sales reps to use the platform, which makes it a lot better for adoption. It is able to make a lot of dynamic choices depending on what we need it to do. It was nice to set up and easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is sometimes a bit hard to use and does not work well with integrations. For example, you cannot use the lead scoring feature if you log calls in a different system to score those calls. It just doesn't work. If you use a lot of systems, look somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily we use it to help us understand channel performance and for routing and operations purposes. We use the email tracking to track intent and engagement.

Hubspot: Best tool for data management

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to lead management and filtering out your funnel in sales or workplace, hubspot makes its more convenient for you. The things which might take more than a day, hubspot makes it to get done in few hours or minutes. This not only saves your time, but also makes you free from unnecessary pressure and time limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Click to call facility can be more advanced with hubspot generated numbers. These numbers should get changed one the current one gets spammed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to navigate through my interested, prospect, hot and warm leads and to churn the data efficiently. This saves my time and makes the things get done in very less time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the ease of use and customization of my sales hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the intermittent errors that fail to load my dashboard or deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the main issue of organizing booked meetings and having to input data into messy excel sheets. This ease of organizing benefits me greatly and helps me save time to perform sales tasks efficiently.

Squences, Deal Creation, Quotes all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't do much modification much with line items as we do with contact, company, deal properties

Automate BDR sequences, so that they can focus on other important things

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive user interface and the convenience of filters in HubSpot Sales Hub, which greatly facilitate tracking customer activities and managing emails. The setup process is straightforward, supported by helpful customer service representatives and video documentation. Additionally, the email sequence feature is quite effective, allowing for workflow automation through triggers based on email interactions. What do you dislike about the product?
I find that HubSpot Sales Hub could greatly benefit from incorporating more AI features. Specifically, I'd like AI capabilities that help with productivity by assisting in product activity channelization, beyond just forecasting. The ability to manage timely follow-ups, especially in scenarios involving large data sets where follow-ups might be overlooked, would be immensely helpful.
