Helpful Task Reminders and Call Summaries Enhance Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders for tasks and follow-ups are extremely helpful. I also appreciate that when a call is recorded, a summary of the conversation is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if two companies with nearly identical names are entered into HubSpot, but with a slight variation, HubSpot does not recognize the similarity or prompt to confirm whether it is the same company being added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to keep track of quotes, manage deals, and monitor sales calls.
Easy Lead Tracking and Personalization with a Visual Interface
What do you like best about the product?
how easy it has become to track, personalize and move leads around. And it's also a very visual tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
This little thing, where you cannot do much changes or duplicate a lead, for example, if you select it and then select the three dots. You have to go into each individual lead to do that, but it's really not that big of a deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
desorganization and lack of tracking, this benefits the team a lot because it's easier to show the rest of the team in what stage our leads are.
Great Feature Set, but Billing and AI Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the combination of features included, is nice to have features such as calling minutes included in your subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing practices are unclear, AI features are good but need a lot of work.

Clear Data in once place, automating workflows to some extend & avoiding GDPR breaches/non compliance.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly it brings everything together in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for me the system can feel slightly slow when handling a large volume of contacts

I was constantly juggling between spreadsheets, emails, reminders, calls, but now it's all super easy for me.
Generous Free Contacts, but Dropdown Management Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Giving one million contacts to free account is very generous by HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a new item is added to the contact dropdown field, it appears at the bottom of the list. If you have more than 100 contacts, you cannot drag and drop it to the top because the edit field page displays only 100 items at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do weekly webinar and generate 1000 leads every week, with hub spot it's quite easy to manage leads and assign it to sales team.

sometimes it becomes slow, it should have an lightening version like others.

Great Data Accessibility, But List View Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub offers easier accessibility for me in viewing my data, that's the best part of using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
list view of contacts sometimes automatically reloads and gets me to the top of the list even if I am still working below, that's funny but could be improved by Hubspot,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and effort for me and my team in maintaing data of each contact and conversation , the staging feature helps a lot while making monthly reports.
Powerful All-in-One Tool, But Not for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop, and once you really understand how to use efficiently use it, it can almost take care of your entire business funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not beginner friendly, and the interface is a bit dull..

The most important features for me are tracking sales opportunities, managing business contacts, handling inbound queries, monitoring activities, and using dashboards.
