What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub offers an intuitive design and robust automation features. The real-time engagement alerts and seamless CRM integration are fantastic for simplifying sales management. It also boosts productivity for both marketers and salespersons. I appreciate that it integrates smoothly with other tools like Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and Zoom for effective communication and workflow automation. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the clear onboarding steps and helpful tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub needs to improve in areas like pricing flexibility, deeper customization options, smoother third-party integration options, and enhancing the mobile application experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for contact and lead management. It solves manual follow-ups, missed opportunities, and a lack of visibility into the sales pipeline.

Centralized Data Hub That Streamlines Company Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it provides a space where we can centralize all of our company data. It allows us to create dashboards, manage staff information, monitor processes, and connect various work tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it disconnects from my Gmail or email accounts without any notification, so I’m not always aware when my emails, clicks, or meetings aren’t being tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that it provides a space where we can centralize all of our company data. It allows us to create dashboards, manage staff information, monitor processes, and connect various work tools.
Simple CRM and sales workflow in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and keeps everything in one place: deals, contacts, emails, tasks, and meeting links. The pipeline view is clear, automation saves time on follow-ups, and templates/snippets make outreach consistent across the team. Reporting is strong enough for weekly sales updates without needing extra tools, and the integration options (email, calendar, and other apps) make it fit well into our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel locked behind higher tiers, so you quickly run into upgrade prompts when you want more advanced reporting, automation, or permissions. A few parts of the UI can be a bit busy, and it takes time to set up the right properties, pipelines, and views to match your process. Also, once you have a lot of data, keeping the CRM clean (deduping and standardizing) still needs ongoing attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage the full sales process from first contact to closed won in a structured way. We get better visibility into the pipeline, next steps, and ownership, which reduces things falling through the cracks. Automated follow-ups and meeting scheduling speed up response time. Email tracking and activity logging give context for conversations, and the reporting helps us forecast better and spot bottlenecks. Overall it saves time, improves consistency, and makes it easier to scale the sales process.
Comprehensive CRM That Streamlines Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with HubSpot Sales Hub I can get extremely granular with how I am organizing an account. It helps with tracking the closure rate, deal cycle, deal closure percentage, and all customer contact information in their file. I am able to track calls and emails with the touch of a button, which helps keep projects sorted and me organized. It is great that when I log into my account, all customer contact is in one place with the next steps clearly laid out, so nothing slips through the cracks. Utilizing HubSpot has helped me close more projects. I also appreciate all of the trainings, which are extremely helpful, and enjoy that everyone at the company has been very nice and more than happy to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the view was slightly different and that I could view more tabs within my HubSpot browser but that could be user error. I wish that I was able to see more accounts on the sales home page. Currently only half of the page is showing me my projects (both open and closed) and the other half shows me my pipeline amounts. I wish there was a way for the view to only show my open accounts and their project size.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep my projects organized, ensuring next steps are clear. It allows me to track calls and emails easily, helping me close more projects without missing any details.
Unmatched Flexibility for Every Need
What do you like best about the product?
Comparing HubSpot’s products to Salesforce’s, I think they are far more flexible, intuitive, and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t understand why some basic features, like random distribution by percentage in workflows, are part of Marketing Hub Professional. This is just an example off the top of my head, but it has happened to me several times to think, “Why do I have to pay more to do such a basic thing?”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we need to distinguish different sales stages based on the type of customer. For each of these stages, we activate automated actions that save time in our sales team’s daily activities. In short, this allows our sales team to spend more time on human interaction with customers.
Extremely User-Friendly and Intuitive Sales Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user-friendly, and easy to tell where leads/prospects are in the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a bit of practice and leaning to utilize every feature and ensure plug ins run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly management of prospects and where they are currently in the pipeline. And how they've been communicated with thus far!
Powerful Platform with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use once you get familiar with it, and having everything in one place makes it much easier to manage contacts and follow interactions. That said, it can feel overwhelming at the beginning, and some useful features are only available in higher pricing tiers, which can be frustrating for individual users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is powerful, but it can feel overwhelming at first. The interface has a learning curve, especially if you only need a few basic features like my case a user who only consumes info once a week aproximately.

helps me keep all enterprise customer information in one single tool. It makes it easier to track contacts, conversations, and follow-ups without jumping between different platforms, which saves time and keeps everything more organized.
Efficient Deal Management with Helpful Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
Automated deal and task management, it provides me reminders and I dont leave any followp time

custom formulas in reports is not there, as compared to zoho which has it and it really helps me on analytics

Lead filtering, pipeline management, able to manage and filter many customers at a time

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is an incredible platform that supports an active pipeline to manage engagement and analytics. HubSpot is intuitive and effective for the user to create and produce with high ROI!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been very responsive and supportive of our business development needs to date. We have not found a function that has become a barrier for us.

HubSpot solves our automated touchpoints and sales analytics, along with client support management .
