Streamlined Sales Ops with Clean UI
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub for its clean user interface, which makes the navigation and use of features straightforward and user-friendly. The automation capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub are also impressive, helping streamline our sales operations and providing valuable insights to our sales representatives, which aid in converting prospects effectively. Furthermore, the APIs offered by HubSpot Sales Hub are easy to work with, allowing seamless data segmentation and understanding. HubSpot Sales Hub also facilitates easy hosting of sales domains and tracking of prospect traffic, and generating reports is notably simple, adding to its efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup was easy even within a tight timeline, demonstrating its user-friendly nature and efficient design.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub automates and streamlines our sales operations, provides insights for converting prospects, and is easy to set up. It features clean UI, user-friendly APIs, and simplifies data segmentation and report generation, unlike more complicated systems like Salesforce.
System admin for a team that doesn't use Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing feature is great, but we don't utilize it much. We mostly use functionality available with a core seat.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tend not to use sales hub because only a few people have a license. It seems to expensive to give it to everyone when we haven't proven a use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't used the sales hub much, we mostly use the CRM features of hubspot available with a core seat. However, we are looking into using the sales hub for sequencing so we can automate our initial outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is basically the most awesome thing for me to stremline my sales process with minimum effort. I just keep everything from e-mail tracking, templets, and deal pipelines, flowing smoothly and without friction, so that I can use the saved time for talking with customers instead of doing manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database can some times be slow or a little bit tricky when it's very large and also not all functionalities are very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub essentially helped me solve a majority of the probleams that I usually faced with my sales on daily basis. previously, the information about my leads was scattered in diffrent places such as e-mail, spredsheets, and notes, and as a results. Now with sales hub everything e-mail tracking, deal updates, and entire sales management process and customers history are being done in one place.

Hubspot is very to use. It's easy to upload our leads into the system and i like the layout of the profile it makes for the prospect.

Haven't really found any yet. so, so far so good

Solid Integration and Usability, But Support and Complexity Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
Trusted long term brand. Software is easy to use, good organized information. Integrated marketing. Syncs and integrates pretty well with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be confusing and over complicated. I took over from another person and getting support to organize it was hard, multiple run arounds, wanting to constantly upgrade to get just certain quality of life things, like sorting duplicates

Would like customize it further for our industry, but very hard to do so. Can be very complex implementing certain things without it breaking or not working properly

Very easy to setup and the UI is clean and easy to navigate.

Reports are limited in capabilities compared to Salesforce.

Helps keep central record of our contacts and company relationships. We use it as our primary CRM and track our deal pipeline in HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Sales Hub for all things related to sales because it effectively consolidates everything I need in one place, which makes it easy to navigate and use. The platform's forecasting abilities are a standout feature for me, as we do our sales revenue forecasting within the deals component, and it functions very well. I am thoroughly satisfied, to the extent that I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague. Additionally, the initial setup process was quite straightforward with the help of a platinum partner, making the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to integrate ERP systems with HubSpot Sales Hub. Specifically, while we use Sage 200, and we have managed to run APIs to transfer data, the process is not as seamless as I would like. It would be beneficial if there were easier ways to connect these systems, reducing the reliance on complex APIs for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for sales tasks, enjoying easy navigation and forecasting. It centralizes everything but could improve ERP integration. Setting it up was easy with a partner.

What I like best is how easy it is to track the entire sales cycle in one place. The interface is clean, the activity timeline is extremely helpful, and automation makes follow-ups effortless.

Some advanced features, like deeper automation and custom reporting, are locked behind higher-tier plans. A bit more flexibility in reporting at the base level would be helpful
