Certain functions not operating at times. Can go down for maintenance. Integrations with other platfroms can slow down servers and response times.

I particularly appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub for its exceptional organizational capabilities, which keep me on track with my daily tasks and ensure that I follow up efficiently with my clients. The ecosystem it creates is truly outstanding, enabling seamless management of sales leads and potential clients. The pipeline organizer is invaluable, allowing me to see the exact stage a lead is in and the funnel they are within, which enhances my ability to manage leads effectively. Additionally, the task and bookmarking features, alongside other tools like template creation and workflow building, are immensely beneficial. Overall, the organization of HubSpot Sales Hub is unparalleled, contributing massively to the effectiveness and efficiency of my sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the HubSpot Sales Hub extension sometimes doesn't pick up the specific email addresses that may be reached out to. This might be due to user error, but a more thorough refinement of the HubSpot Sales extension could improve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize leads, track their status, ensure follow-ups, and re-engage dead leads. It keeps my tasks organized, helps manage client interactions effectively, and ensures I close more qualified deals.

Ease of use when tracking sales cycles and ability to easily export and pull reports.

At this time, nothing. This platform is much easier to use then Salesforce which was the CRM my last company used.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub enables me to track every detail of a contact, company, or deal, and connect this information to specific marketing and sales initiatives. This feature is incredibly valuable for reporting on the effectiveness of these initiatives to leadership. I also value the pre-built templates and snippets which facilitate easy communication with prospects, enhancing Sales outreach. The product's ability to show which contacts are part of a given audience or list and how they progress through the lead and sales funnel adds another layer of insight into our campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, the integration with tools such as Slack, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and ChatGPT enhances workflow by providing seamless information sharing and data referencing capabilities. The quick deployment and out-of-the-box readiness made it perfect for us as an earlier-stage company, giving us all we needed from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting capabilities in HubSpot Sales Hub lacking, particularly regarding email sends per Account Executive (AE). Currently, the reports are limited to tracking Sales email opens and clicks, which is not as comprehensive as needed.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to analyze sales KPIs and monitor deal progression. It helps understand pipeline impacts, enables easy communication with prospects, and connects contact details to marketing and sales initiatives, allowing effective performance reporting to leadership.

I find that HubSpot Sales Hub's filtering capabilities are fantastic, allowing me to find the right prospects to reach out to at the right time. Additionally, the ease with which I can build reports is impressive, offering a seamless experience that saves me time and effort. I also appreciate the customization options available, where I can tailor the system to my specific needs using tags and filters, making my workflow more personalized and effective. Furthermore, the user interface of HubSpot Sales Hub is commendably user-friendly, which made the initial setup process straightforward and quick to learn, so I could get started without any hassle or steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with LinkedIn and Apollo was a bit more seamless. Sometimes pulling information in can create inaccurate subdomains that cause a mess and lots of admin work in the portal to clean up.

Excellent Calling and Email Tracking Features
What do you like best about the product?
The calling option works very well, and I also appreciate the email tracking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls are not ideal because you can't see who is calling; only the phone number is displayed, and it isn't linked to the company or contact page. This makes it difficult to identify callers or access relevant information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks and managing the sales pipeline are essential parts of my workflow. This process helps me stay organized and ensures that I can follow up on opportunities efficiently.
