What do you like best about the product?
Squences, Deal Creation, Quotes all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't do much modification much with line items as we do with contact, company, deal properties
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate BDR sequences, so that they can focus on other important things

What do you like best about the product?
I can see reports of different sales reps to compare my success/shortcomings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tasks are annoying because queues don’t really help.

It helps solve the objective tracking for us to review comparatively sales rep’s performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and conveniently accessible from my phone. I appreciate being able to make calls directly from my phone, so I don't have to stay in front of my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking feature can be a bit confusing at times, but overall, it's a very useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They came up with a co-pilot that helps you summarise long conversations helpful in enterprises deals.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage my leads and contacts very effectively. My follow-ups are smooth, and new leads are handled well.

There isn't anything in particular to criticize; it's a good software overall.

User friendly for whole team

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that everything for our customers and leads is in 1 place!
I can open a company, see all the contacts, activity for account, and get a high level view. Then I can drill into each contact to see specific activity for each person. Our service team also uses the Inbox feature to collect incoming emails and answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found the quote feature to be as robust as we were hoping for creating quotes/invoices for our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our sales and marketing teams work closely together, we have everythign in 1 place to see all outgoing emails, sequences, etc. We can also see who attended webinars and are searching for more information.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a plethora of tools to use and its very customizable. Whenever I need assistance from Pedro, he is on top of it and very attentive with our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
filters can be difficult to figure out, I also dislike when hubspot imports an initial from an imported list and then every sequence you send says their middle initial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization. Hubspot keeps me very organized and helps me see my outbound activities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use as ity is user friendly. It leeps tracj of all the records of lead. we can create task and also create and check email templates. It is easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features we require subscription which includes high cost. Some features are complex and not able to understand first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes all the reports, leads, calls notes and email & we can do track report of it. It offers automation tools which makes work so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like all the integrated tracking of my customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the product is very high. The add-ons are ridiculously high priced. You have to pay to store your contacts and the block sizes of these purchases are very small and expensive - making growth of your company expensive. I didn't like that you couldn't write an email in HubSpot and save it as a draft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer interactions as been helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can keep a track of all my deals in one screen, all tasks are there in one screen. I actively use dashboards to spot leakages in my pipeline. The mobile app certainly helps in keeping track as well. Deal score is very useful and so is the deals that have no activity scheduled. If there are changes required to the pages, the implementation is easy. I haven't used the customer support yet but the AI assistant takes care of that. I have integrated my Hubspot with various 3rd party tools like Appscript, tldv, sheets, calendar, gmail. it's all very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing that I have to pick that I do not like, it would be the time taken to load a page on the web app. If that experience becomes smoother, I would be the happiest guy in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lot of issues that I was facing without it. I often forgot to call back a certain client or respond to some client. Now that I am using the Sales Hub, the process is much smoother and there are easy ways for me to track the leakages in the sales pipeline and fix them.
