Effortless Dashboard Creation and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is how easily it is to create a dashboard. I also had a great experience with the support team when I had an issue with the platform. This is the central differential when hiring a new service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to complain about at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can organize and reach out to contacts more quickly and efficiently when compared to other providers. We also use the dashboards to organize the recruiting contacts and the data.
Easy to Use and Organized, But Pricey for the Features
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is conveniently located in one place, making it much less messy and easy to navigate, even if you don't have any special skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's far too expensive considering the features it offers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how you can manage all your leads, deals, and prospects in a single platform. It's a valuable tool for both large and small companies, allowing everyone to access important information easily. This makes it much simpler to draft a deal or reach out to a prospect. It truly serves as a one-stop shop, and I know there are many more features I could be taking advantage of beyond what I'm currently using.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've encountered is that when I input a prospect's information, the address and contact details sometimes fail to populate. This often means I have to either start over or reenter the contact information to ensure it appears correctly when I add the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales addresses the challenge of managing physical paperwork for numerous prospect and lead information sheets by providing a digital solution. It makes it simple to look up someone's details for contacting, scheduling meetings, or entering a deal. I find it especially helpful to quickly check if a person has reached out to other properties within our company, which enables us to share information more efficiently. This capability not only supports collaboration for potential multi-property deals but also helps us increase profits by making information sharing much easier.
Easy to Learn, But Dashboard Could Be More Engaging

when someone sends an email to me plus another staff member - the email only goes to one of us (and thus the other person does not even realize an email was sent) - this is completely arbitrary and not based on who is listed as the first recipient

Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward and smooth, which was a great start to using the platform. I find HubSpot Sales Hub complicated to use at times. Additionally, the way activities are listed is not user-friendly as it requires using a drop-down menu to view what was written for each message. This adds unnecessary steps to my workflow and could be streamlined for better efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and streamlined the platform feels. Scheduling meetings is effortless thanks to the meeting scheduler, and the snippets feature saves me a lot of time when replying to emails. The email tracking provides detailed insights on opens and clicks, which is incredibly valuable for staying engaged. I find the Breeze summary especially helpful, as it condenses long email threads so I don’t have to sift through every message. Managing contacts and customer account information is straightforward and well-organized, making my daily work much less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to complain about, though at times the integration with other tools does involve a few additional steps. Also, I find that some of the advanced reporting features would benefit from greater customization options.

HubSpot enables me to monitor engagement, manage my sales pipelines, and schedule meetings all in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different tools. By centralizing emails, documents, and customer information, it allows me to concentrate on nurturing relationships and finalizing deals. It's the easiest CRM there is and it very focused on Marketing. Also support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are not a lot of trainings to use the platforms, but it is very intuitive and AI helps a lot.

I find the dashboards in HubSpot Sales Hub less intuitive and challenging to work with. They offer limited widget options, restricting the ability to create more dynamic and informative visualizations. For instance, the dashboards currently only feature a few bar charts. Having additional widget options, such as comparison or gauge charts, would greatly enhance their utility.
