What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub for facilitating efficient communication between managers and sales representatives. The platform's ability to showcase every single action item in emails on a multitenant basis enhances transparency and accountability within the team. This feature is crucial for staying informed about various interactions and activities happening across the sales team, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and fostering a more collaborative environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of making modifications, such as creating new custom cards, to be quite difficult in HubSpot Sales Hub. In today's no-code environment, I'd prefer having more modifications readily available without needing to hire a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize our data on active deals, allowing for collaborative and customizable sales processes, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales pipeline is excellent and very straightforward to use, while the workflows and automation features are also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the lead scoring and prospect features are overly complex and difficult to use. Additionally, I don't understand why there is an extra charge for the prospecting feature; it just doesn't seem reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized system for tracking outreach and maintaining an overview of CRM activities is crucial.

It’s totally cloud based and seeks to have all use cases for a small dynamic sales team defined.

It’s pretty expensive - we are pretty consistently reviewing barriers to exiting Hubspot ecosystem

Clear integration with Wordpress site, we’ve got a great sales set of workflows and it’s the industry standard so it’s great to be able to ask candidates whether they’re familiar so vet them.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to set up email automation in HubSpot Sales Hub, which allows me to efficiently manage workflows with a set of rules that facilitate bulk changes and ensure flexibility outside the usual flow. The software may not be the most user-intuitive right off the bat, but it is not overly complex and, once familiar with it, I can customize it to display exactly what I need. This customization capability is highly valuable to me, as it allows me to tailor the platform to suit my specific preferences and requirements. I also enjoy how easy it is to create specific segmented lists, which enhance our ability to organize customers based on detailed custom demographics such as business size, location, and income, thereby improving our targeting and management strategies. Furthermore, my initial setup experience was smooth and straightforward, thanks to the support of a helpful representative and comprehensive tutorials that guided me through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the frequent updates to HubSpot Sales Hub disruptive as they often move the menu and sub-menu tabs to different locations, making it difficult to find what I need. This change happened twice in a span of 4-6 months, which interrupts my workflow and requires me to relearn the interface periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for easy email automation, efficient workflow management, and creating customer lists filtered by demographics, enhancing customer management and integration.
Effortless Team Collaboration and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is pretty easy to use and integrates quite well with everything. It's easy to create teams and make them work together on the same platform. You can readapt things and workflows whenever you want, however you want. It was relatively easy to implement with my knowledge and the partner's.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of complicated the division between Contacts, Leads, and Deals. It'd be easier if it was one block instead of three different things. It was difficult to make it work in our company for our kind of product with these distinctions. But it's also because our product is more based on subscriptions than sales. Not easy to exploit the platform, bbecause there are way too many integrations to even start choosing what to do next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finally we were able to track the whole lead funnel and see what happens at each touchpoint. It also gave a big time saving advanntage to our team.

I find that the message templates could be a bit more flexible. This limitation can make it challenging to tailor communications effectively based on specific needs or scenarios.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive and easy it is to manage leads and track deals. The automation features save a lot of time, and the dashboard gives a clear view of everything at a glance.

The main downside is that some advanced features can get expensive as your team grows. Also, a few customizations can be a bit tricky at first
