Brilliant CRM with great UX
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and lots of automation capabilities. Hubspot allows you to have workflows humming in the background which is great for following up. Additionally the task queues allow you to structure your days, get in and power through the list, and as you can call through hubspot it's all done on the one page. It also has integrations with gmail, which is brilliant as you can set tasks to follow up with people right from your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be faster with replying to help messages, and sometimes call feature isn't always available. It would be great if this could be rolled out to more countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For organisation, task queues are a blessing! Workflows and automation helps you to structure your whole sales function, test new strategies effectively, and then the reporting functionalities are also amazing

If you're looking for a CRM with great capabilities, that is easy to use, I would go with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I Like the fact that I can see what is going on with others within my company. This allows me to work with other branches of the same companies . It also helps with seeing others approach to oppertunities

Sometimes it seems like a chore. However I see way more positives that there are negatives..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what others are doing for our customers.

Easy to use, easy to learn and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality could be better in the dialer, can lag sometimes, but nothing critical.

Helped us track our leads and also automate some of our marketing efforts.

Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using this CRM because its simpilicity and is is a complete suite of tools to manage my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the ability that to track all the interactions my clients have with the emails I send them is amazing. That fact alone makes this flawless!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track the flow of emails and client contact. This way I can follow up appropriately.
Hubspot Free CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several CRM applications throughout my business career and find Hubspot's free CRM to be amazingly good from a use perspective The GUI makes sense segregating the majority of marketing activities to the paid subscription model leaving behind many useful contact management toolsets. The app provides unlimited upload of contacts with self created filters or column ids to get to a contact or a group quickly and easily. The email editor is easy to use, the sync with Outlook works great and makes sure your emails within or outside of the HS the DB are tied together. I find this free app easy and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having been an admin of the system and then relegated to a level of lesser control this has created some access problems/limitations to what one is able to view. This is not a huge problem but points to limited control options.. As mentioned the email editor is good but to work on a previously sent email with forwarding options this doesn't seem available so one needs to default to Outlook for finding and sending same. One final thing, search capability in this free version is limited in value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralized database that I can organize based on tags or filters and the ticklers help me stay abreast of outbound call requirements.

Take a few of the tutorials, it will help.
Good CRM but More of a Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allowed you to track emails to prospects without any additional tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM was more designed for someone in marketing. Sales can use it, but it's not optimized for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed me to do campaigns to a large number of prospects with relative ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good alternative to SFDC but is more optimized for marketing. Sales can use it and be effective but will run into some problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the deals are laid out vertically by which stage in the sales cycle they are in. And HubSpot has continued to make UX improvements. It’s very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had email cadence capabilities, however they do now which I am testing. Hopefully I will be able to do the same things so I don't need both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all my deals. I like the new feature of being able to record calls and log the notes with it.
Low cost CRM with great automation tools
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is super responsive. Sequencing automation has saved a lot of time in FU activity. Easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document management needs more attention. You'll have minor issues if you add multiple docs to a record e.g. deal or org. You can sync panda doc but it's pricey.

try the free version and gradually implement bolt-on features as and when you need.
Creative and interactive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is an application that helps to keep track of the accounts, you can do your forecast, you can bring the application on the phone and save notes, it has reminders and you can easily include the staff of the company only for some opportunities.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have a good cell phone does not serve the app well and you can not check contacts or companies well. It really is a pretty useful app, maybe the fact that it does not work on any mobile device is something that I do not like much

You can send emails and see if they receive them, if they open them and even how often they see it. being able to easily find a contact and linking the company, the contact and the opportunities is quite good for the commercial area, since if you make some annotation appears in all parts

It is one of the easiest CRM to use that I have had, intuitive, it is a very useful tool for the sales area
Critical Sales and CRM Tool For All Company Sizes
What do you like best about the product?
To put it simply... simplicity! From managing contacts and companies, updates on all conversations and inputs or other activities, to managing Deals and the reporting. It is easy to use and robust in the tools it can offer my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does well to grow with the company, but the pricing and features are more premium that some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our Sales Leads CRM tool for tracking website leads, deals, stage of the deals, and contact notes and upcoming tasks reminders. It works great when paired with HubSpot Marketing tools.
