What do you like best about the product?
I really like managing deals with HubSpot Sales Hub. The use of templates for efficiency and the sales pipeline all stand out to me. It all saves time and allows me to remain proactive. The ability to track engagement types with customers and the capability to track in real time all data relevant to my role are also very beneficial. The initial setup was straightforward, and I have linked it to Outlook, which works well for my needs.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage daily tasks and track engagement with customers in real time. It saves time and keeps me proactive by efficiently managing deals and using templates. I linked it to Outlook for expanded functionality.

Comprehensive CRM with a Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I have used HubSpot Sales Hub as our single source of truth to manage the entire customer lifecycle. As a sales rep, my favorite feature was the activity feed and email tracking with reminders, all in one place. I loved the ease of working on this from the Gmail or Outlook sidebar. The fact that I could update my contacts, deal stage, notes, and call logs from the sidebar of my Gmail inbox without needing to go into the CRM manually every time was super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I found frustrating was auto associating emails to different contacts from the same company. If I am working on 2 different deals with the same company, HubSpot Sales Hub will log my emails with both deals automatically. To counter that, I had to manually uncheck the irrelevant deal in the sidebar every time I hit send, otherwise my deal timelines get cluttered with unrelated conversations. Also, the initial setup is not difficult but is overwhelming given the scale of features HubSpot Sales Hub has. It takes time to get acquainted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used HubSpot Sales Hub for email tracking, meeting scheduling, and deal management, working as a personal command center.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Sales Hub for its intuitive and clean user interface, which makes it easy to navigate, even for new team members. The ease of use with HubSpot Sales Hub is impressive. We use it to manage our inbound and outbound leads, track deal pipelines, and automate key parts of our sales process. This has been incredibly valuable for keeping our team aligned, following up faster, and maintaining complete visibility into conversations and deal stages. Initial setup was very easy, and that's a big plus for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email reminders that help with task completion. I also appreciate the live chat with support which allows quick assistance whenever there are workflow issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't set to notify the team about when to reach out to leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It's integrations with pretty much everything else that's out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it forces you to create deals in order to see a full pipeline for companies. It's completely redundant of the company info.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use HubSpot Sales Hub. It's very valuable for booking meetings and crushing quota. I find the context provided on each account and how it shows all prior outreach incredibly helpful. The initial setup was pretty easy. Overall, I think it's better than Salesforce despite some occasional bug errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have calls drop or prospects can't hear me. I also had trouble logging my emails, but I think I corrected the issue. There are some bug errors here and there but overall very smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for outreach and organizing companies and prospects. It solves contact info issues and provides clarity on accounts. It's easy to use, offers helpful context on accounts, and shows all prior outreach, making it valuable for booking meetings and meeting quotas.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub tracks each of my touchpoints, allowing me to see which accounts are active and which need a reach out. I rely on it to track my progress with each account, which is in the dozens. The organization and prioritization features help me adjust on the fly. HubSpot integrates well with other platforms like Slack, Gmail, and Zoom, and it saves our sales team thousands of hours compared to the custom-built tool we used before. It's amazing and powerful, with some learning, giving it a 10 for recommendation if one puts in the effort and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the menus can feel sluggish, but that's not often. There is a lot going on so getting some training early on is super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves my organization and prioritization issues, letting me quickly see account performance and make adjustments. It saves me time by automatically tracking contact through various platforms, handling dozens of accounts efficiently and integrating well with our internal tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The Thing I like most about Hubspot is how the leads are managed in the CRM in proper manner.

The only thing i don't like is sometimes it works little slow.
