Review of Jira Software
What do you like best about the product?
I have used the Jira software in my corporate projects as primary ticketing tool; here are few things I like after using the software
1. The projects and subprojects can be created and you can raise tickets under those, pretty easy to categorize if you are working on multiple projects
2. The searching feature is very robust and UI is very user friendly with all the visual ques that Jira uses
3. You can check the detailed activity on each ticket that helps keep track of things and I like the part where you can link various tickets to any tickets
4. We had tried integrating with other ITIL tools and Cloud Platforms and the integration process is smooth
