    Productive Sprint-Based Task Management

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Task management with sprints is productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
creating new tasks each time feels hectic for me, instead of just using generate button to know what all tasks are to be assigned to which team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Adobe Acrobat, editing PDFs and collecting signatures was time-consuming. Now we can edit documents, convert files, and manage PDFs without losing formatting, which has improved our workflow and saved time. The interface is user-friendly, performance is fast, and integrations with cloud storage work well. The AI features are helpful for summarizing documents. While the pricing is on the higher side and text copying can occasionally be inconsistent, the overall productivity gains make it a worthwhile investment.

    It's flexible for every department

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I have only three tools saved to my browser bookmarks bar: Jira, ITONICS, and a stopwatch timer.

Sure, there are more colourful project management tools, but I think Jira is flexible and straightforward enough to fulfil its purpose. It's reliable and makes sense. The integration with other tools is handy. In practice, I think a big advantage of Jira is it's often the standard project management tool when you start at a software company. That means most departments from software engineers, to marketing, to finance all use it already. That prevents the nuisance of having to convince another department to come on board to the same shared tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is I found the ROVO assistant has limitations in what fields it can read on a ticket, if for instance you want it to provide a summary of all active tickets from the current year. There are some fields it encounters as truncated strings, and therefore can't summarise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reliably helps organize cross-departmental projects and tasks.

Jira Keeps Our Workflow Organized, Transparent, and On Track

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is how it brings our entire project workflow into one place. Creating and tracking tasks is simple, and features like Kanban and Scrum boards make it easy to see progress at every stage. Custom workflows, sprint planning, and backlog management help our team stay organized and meet deadlines consistently. I also appreciate the seamless integration with Confluence and other development tools, which improves collaboration and keeps everyone aligned. Overall, Jira has made project management more transparent, efficient, and easier to manage for both developers and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a powerful tool, but it can feel overwhelming for new users because of the number of features and configuration options. Setting up workflows and permissions sometimes requires extra time and administrative effort. Performance can occasionally slow down when working with very large projects, and finding certain settings isn't always intuitive. However, once the initial setup is complete and the team becomes familiar with the platform, these issues are much less significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the challenge of managing projects, tasks, and team collaboration in a structured way. Before using Jira, it was difficult to track progress, prioritize work, and keep everyone aligned. With Jira, we can assign tasks, monitor sprint progress, manage backlogs, and identify blockers early. This has improved team communication, increased visibility across projects, and helped us deliver work more efficiently and on time.

Sometimes the UI and system don’t load properly, which makes it frustrating to use. It can also be hard to navigate to certain features and applications, and finding what I need isn’t always straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project task allocation and team management work.
