Best tool which can be useful for Mutiple departments
What do you like best about the product?
Customization, Ease of use, Data Visualization, etc
JIRA is very easy to implement with the help of the right person also the customer support of Jira is quite good.
I am using it regularly to track my HR departments' Tasks, OKR, and TA and we have also integrated it with our HRIS tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved also A non-technical person may find it hard to use in the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automated tool which provide me the real time data at any point of time, also with the help of this i am able to track my team performance.

Even after having so many options to setup projects, customised workspace and tables, the user interface is pretty easy to understand and use,

The first login might be a little tricky to navigate/understand but rest is good.

Great Tool for Getting Started with Agile Methodology
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set and manage sprints, track issues, assign tasks, and view progress using boards makes it a great tool for small and large teams alike. I also enjoy how adaptive it is you can tailor workflows to the way your team actually operates, and not have to make everyone change their process. Integration support with other tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes simple tasks may take extra clicks, and creating workflows or permissions may be a bit complicated if you know the system very well. Sometimes the system can feel cluttered because of the UI design, especially when working with large projects that involve many tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our team stay organized and aligned, especially when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. The built-in reporting and dashboard features also help us make better decisions based on real-time data.

What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable and you can do a lot of things if you know how to move around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I myself find it very confusing and requires a fair amount of tech skills to be really usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use Jira to feed the help desk portal, ticketing and product management, we have been using it for a while and it has been working fine so far.

Platform is generally stable and performant, mobile app is good. Workflows are good. Atlassian support is very good.

Can become complex quickly when trying to implement many different workflows, permissions schema's and projects.

Jira considered to be the best product in industry to manage the application through its features and cost effective compliance.

I dont personally think of any dislikeness or cons about jira because it provides all the features what user needs in this.

Jira as a software is benefiting in all forms of requirements as a user such log the bugs, track the progress of the sprint, seeing the dashboard ( how much progress have done ), creating the dev stories, using filters to see the issues and tickets in it.

Jira has a stip learning curve at first, but once you get along with it - tasks and roadmaps are made easy to track and communicate.

It's a very technical and stiff product - You need to learn to love it in order in will be fluent enough.

A more effective and efficient way to interact with our developers regarding roadmap tech tasks is to document and categorize them with tags, sections, and sufficient context. This approach significantly aids us in advancing the roadmap while ensuring synchronization to avoid overlooking or mishandling specific tasks.

Jira is highly customizable and flexible. You can adapt Jira to almost anything you need it to do, from simple task management to complex project management process. Jira also has a large ecosystem with hundreds of 3rd party add-ons that adds features and functionalities that might be missing with the out of box offering. If you are using Jira in the Cloud, it is very easy to get started, takes just a few minutes and you are ready to go. With the aforementioned add-ons, you can also easily integrate Jira with other applications you use, making end to end implementation an easy and smooth process.

With great power comes great responsibility would sum up some of the potential challenges when using Jira, especially for new users. The amount of flexibility can sometimes lead to confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is the THE solution for our engineering and product teams. All projects are managed in Jira. We even have a saying "if it does not exist in Jira, it does not exist". By using Jira as our "system or record", it helps teams to better track their work and collaborate with each other. Jira's powerful search and dashboard features also provide visibility into how each project is tracking, improve accountability.
