What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is that everything goes into one place and it is easy to manage complex projects. Its capability for customizing the workflows, building out descriptive tickets, and tracking progress visually really assists with organization. I also appreciate how easily it can integrate with other products like Confluence, Slack, and GitHub such that the whole team is aligned with minimal added effort. It makes sure that everyone clearly understands what needs to be done, what they are working on and what is coming up. Overall, it makes collaboration easy, improves transparency, and allows for quicker and more confidently executed work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about Jira is that it is very confusing and overwhelming, especially to non-techie or novice users. There are just too many features and settings that can easily get lost or waste time figuring out how to do something instead of working. Even simple tasks can take too many steps and involve navigating complicated menus that are exasperating. What is worse, at times Jira can be slow and cluttered such that it will be harder monitoring the progress and staying organized rather than becoming frustrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira keeps all our work visible and organized in one place, making it easy to prioritize tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with team members. It helps the whole team stay aligned and focused so we can meet deadlines, hit our goals, and work smoothly together.

One of the best tools in market for managers ,developers and all stakeholders to have a single goto place for updates of tasks and overall progress of deliverables and project. Developers can link their commit to tasks and bugs and also attach unit test case with release numbers and comments which makes it easy to backtrack what was changed for the particular ticket. Jira Review
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps teams stay organised by making it easy to track work, follow progress, and keep everyone in sync—so nothing slips through the cracks, and projects actually run the way they’re supposed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be frustrating at times because it’s complex to configure, has a cluttered interface, and isn’t always intuitive—especially for testers who need a more tailored QA experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a tester, I use Jira to track bugs, manage test cases, and document test results clearly so the entire team can follow progress and resolve issues efficiently. It helps me ensure traceability across user stories, testing tasks, and defects, while keeping everything organized in one place. I also rely on it to communicate findings, assign responsibilities, and monitor the QA workflow from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best tools you can use to track bugs, manage incoming deployments, and access documentation. It's not hard to get started and is very easy to implement in your workflow.
I haven’t heard of anyone needing to contact their support, as the platform is very stable and rarely fails. However, most users say their customer support is highly accessible.
I use it daily as part of my routine, it integrates with many CRMs. If you're a developer, tech support agent, or work in a similar field, you’ll love it.
