We are use Jira software to create new project task and easily project progress tracking.

Jira tool configration is quite complex.

It is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool that allows for efficient project management. Additionally, for our business, it allows us to manage the complete product management cycle in software companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
He only identified something that could be easier, and that is the documentation for integrating with external systems.

Detailed monitoring of my work teams, control dashboard for my processes, effective measurement of product management with relevant indicators to manage the complete cycle of product creation in software companies.

Best for Project Track
What do you like best about the product?
In jira, we can create issue accordingly we can clone it for duplicate issue instead of creating new one. We can log work hours to according to issue. And we can plan also with this we will be able to give glimpse of incoming task to our managers n all. We can move move task to stages with which we are able to get status of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this, due to some permission we are not able to do some process. But identifying them is little bit confusing. Sometimes in workflow we have to add some unrelated data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working in development team. Here I am able to track my issue and teams issue. I can able to clone issue. And plan time for allocating one issue and log work accordingly. With jira's help, I am able to I can move task to stages like BA study, development and testing etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once you set the workflow of the support tickets, it is difficult to change it, as there is no indication or warning where the change will impact. It is basically a trial-and-error scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting the entire team on one platform makes the communication easy and error-free. JIRA is a much-needed tool for an IT company with 100 or more than 100 people in strength. It helps in organizing work and keeps everyone on the same page. The reporting part is also very easy and user-friendly.
