Jira is a great tool for team management.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira’s flexibility and customization options are what I like best. It supports a wide range of project management methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, which makes it ideal for agile teams. It is used daily in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel for new user's ease of use, the user interface can feel cluttered, and some actions require too many clicks or steps. Customizing workflows or setting permissions sometimes feels unintuitive without admin-level experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps solve the challenge of managing complex projects and tracking tasks across multiple teams. It centralizes all our work items—like user stories, bugs, and tasks in one place, which improves visibility and accountability. The introduction of Rovo chat is a great addition.

I am using JIRA as an IT service desk and ticketing tool, which is very useful and easy to manage regular day-to-day IT tasks.

Raising hard Tabby issues which help in my work.

You must choose from many options to raise 1 Jira

Tabby card and many of the Tabby hard problems regarding money deduction which allow me to get more Csat

Well known tool so it "feels like home" and in any case, they have stayed ahead of the curve and Jira works like magic always.

I wish it was more friendly for the non-tech side of the business.

Our team uses JIra as the primary source of truth for our development plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is quiet simple to use and very robust. I can handle all the workload very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike but its just that you need to first learn how to yse jira and that might take some time.

By using jira I am able to track all the workflows in a single place and in a very well organized way

Helps managing the project in every aspect - dashboards, tasks management, documentation, charts, and what not, integration with several apps

It has so much of functionalities that even after using it for quite some time I encounter something new each month

Jira is good for Agile and Scrum teams. It allows us to customize our workflow and track issues daily. IT is easy to connect Jira with tools like Bitbucket, Slack, and GitHub, which help us to speed up development process.

I honestly didn’t find anything negative about Jira. It worked well for my needs and provided everything I expected from a project management tool.

Jira is an exceptionally effective tool for our development team, maintaining a structured workflow.

By maintaining an organized workflow, we can ensure that all projects are efficiently managed. This will allow administrators to easily monitor and assess the results of each project in a centralized view.

The frequent UI changes are somewhat disappointing for routine work.

Tickets can sometimes be lost due to filters or wrongly applied views

Jira is helping me keep track of in progress work, manage time/allocations, and communicate with team members. It's robust data collection helps me and my team learn about what projects are taking more or less time and refine our processes accordingly.
