Critical Tool for App Launches
What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira because it helps organize everything - from defects to keeping track of UAT stats. It plays a very critical role in ensuring all issues are addressed before launch of an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very tedious in tagging all details - you need identifiers. I also experience some Jira count issues for a time that delayed the UAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking defects, ensuring everything is fixed and 100% UAT passed.

Tracking all the bugs and changes very easily and also I can view and see all the histories of each task

I can feel bit slowness when we select any task.

I can update each task related documents and script changes. So i can refer whenever I needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Agile approach, kanban boards, tasks, changes and tickets all are available in a single tool. Customisations to add templates and fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to manually type red green and Amber as status of metrics instead of a drop down selection option.

Ticket management, sla tracking of the tickets based on priorities.

A great way to work as a team and track development tasks, open bugs, sprints, and prioritize tasks.

Managing tasks alongside joint projects and other teams
Love the interface with Bitbucket and Slack
It is very easy to open and close tasks, prepare tasks for a sprint, and link dependencies between tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are many settings, it is important to have them all in the end, but when opening a project you want to get a quick and easy base package, and the ability to include similar settings between projects in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira makes it easy to pass on features or bugs to developers, it's very convenient to upload videos, images, and files

Project and systems organization at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to enter work done in a ticket style system and track daily progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
LOTS of features. Easy to get lost if you do not have someone who already knows how to use the platform to set it up for you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several implementations of JIRA in ongoing use. But the current one I am using the most is the trouble ticket tracking function of the site.

the charts, are terrible, the visualizations are very standard with no impact, we prefer to do our charts outside jira.

Jira is an exceptional tool for project management and task tracking. The way it has enabled me to show visibility of my work is just outstanding. It's so impressive to see the kind of complexity it manages with such ease of use; you don't need any training to use it at all.

I love it, it's so easy to use and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA offers a rich set of features that support detailed task tracking and workflow customization. It integrates smoothly with tools like Confluence, Slack, and Bitbucket, making collaboration seamless. Once familiar, the interface becomes intuitive, and frequent use is easy to adopt across teams. Implementation is straightforward with good documentation, and Atlassian provides solid customer support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA can feel complex at first especially during initial setup or workflow configuration. The number of features, while powerful, can be overwhelming for new users. Some integrations require technical knowledge to configure properly, and occasional support response times could be improved. A more streamlined onboarding experience would make adoption even easier.

Number of features, ease to use, user-friendliness, state management of the tasks, and multiple boards.

I could not find any issue to date; all good.
