What do you like best about the product?
The card based ui to manage each phase of development in the project. It gives the ability track in- depth about a particular case or user story
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent UI changes are too bad & are confusing for the user

Helps in tracking the overall status of the project along with that provides the ability to overcome the obstacles

What do you like best about the product?
Jira can be a bit overwhelming at first, but if you take your time to explore and learn it, you'll be blown away by its rich list of features available to configure your project the way you like. The interface is friendly, and you can configure your projects according to popular project methodologies like Scrum. If you know agile methodology, you'll definitely like Jira. One of the strengths of Jira is its integration with the Atlassian ecosystem and third-party tools. I used it mostly to manage software projects, and it was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, the user interface was intimidating, and the rich features available can be confusing. The platform is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Jira to manage IT projects, track progress and account tasks to team members.

Solve tickets in simplified manner

What do you like best about the product?
It's so sorted. You have groups/channel to choose who should have access to which project. I wish could keep my own work or life so sorted! Also, the fact that you can see the notifications right there not just on the app but also in the emails is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about it as such. Maybe the notification of a work ticket(Pun intended), haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping our work so organised. One can track the status of the ticket in real time. Communicating with the whole team on any given project is super easy you just assign them the work or they can simply tag themselves and no outsider who doesn't have access to your project can mess up with your work.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is excellent at making complex workflows manageable. It helps break down projects into clear, actionable tasks, and keeps everyone aligned on timelines and responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is powerful, but not always intuitive. Simple actions like moving a ticket or editing fields can take more clicks that expected. The UII feels a bit dated in places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our team manage agile sprints with structure and clarity. It Allows us to break down inti stories and tasks, assign ownership, track progress, and adapt quickly based on velocity and team capacity. The result is faster, more focused delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprint planning and tracking: Helps our teams manage backlogs, plan sprints, and monitor progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new users find JIRA a bit complex and unintuitive, especially when they are configuring workflows, permissions, or custom fields. Also sometimes the tool is a little slow while working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Teams struggle to track who is doing what and how far along tasks are.
Solution: Provides real-time boards, dashboards, and reports (e.g., burndown charts, sprint velocity) to visualize progress and identify bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
The very intuitive UI makes Jira a great tool to use. All the features are easy to use. There are avenues for customisations too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to get used to the many, many features but that is a good downside to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Tool for Product management team to create structured requirement/user stories
- Tool for the Development team to smoothly transtion through the SDLC
- QA team enabled to execute bug reporting and tracking
- Overall Big Project tracking and big picture overview

What do you like best about the product?
It works very well tracking bugs, stories, tasks, and epics. It allows to customize issue types, workflows, and fields. It has advanced roadmaps to plan initiatives, dependencies, and team capacity. It display sprint reports and it has integration with many third party software including Confluence, Slack and GitHub. It provides a workflow editor. It has a mobile app for remote access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira may optimize their performance at scale and it can become slow with large number of issues or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes collaboration among developers, designers, QA, and product managers. It improves visibility as stakeholders get real-time updates on progress, blockers, and dependencies. It is highly customizable. Integrates well with third party software.

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly Interface, Multiple features, Easy tracking, Fast customer response, Daily Use friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Implementation of some complex pages like Sprint Page are li'l bit hard to keep track of and are very confusing when dealing with more than one page! Interface is fine but isn't user friendly!
- AI usage is very unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Tracking the progress is made easier
- User friendly interface makes it more reliable
- Easy view of tickets without need to store complex URLs
- Secure enough to trust them!
