Track, collaborate, integrate CI/CD platforms in an agile environment using Jira
What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept of agile sprint management which Jira is designed for. I like the way tasks are arranged on the Jira task board. It has a way of defining sprint points for each task which helps enables the team and stakeholders to identify the resource consumption and time taken to deliver the story. It also enables me to track the progress of my own tasks on an individual level and collaborate on a team level. It comes with integration with CI/CD tools like github as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking of tasks to current sprint can be more simpler. Also initial learning of this platform takes some time if you are from a non technical background. The UI has scope of improvement, can be more modular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The thing I like least about Jira is its user interface which is very cluttered and it has a lot of features which takes time to learn for new users.

Jira: a super powerful tool for incident management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that I have an overview of all the open tickets assigned to me, in addition to the boards that are quite useful in project management and for my team and I to keep track of important assigned tasks. Also, the user interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would really say I don't like is the complexity, which is not 100% bad, but there are things that might be a bit more intuitive to do at other tables, in addition to the dependency on external plugins for relatively simple things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Jira allows us to solve are the following:
Incident management: it allows us to have all the incidents there.
Project management: we have several projects in which we have assigned tasks and we manage them there.

There can only be one...issue tracker
What do you like best about the product?
Jira sets the standard for issue tracking. It has so many integrations into so many platforms, that I can rest assured that any tool I use can pipe data to Jira.
It's also very easy to use, for technical and non-technical folks alike. A lot of great documentation and guides.

What do you dislike about the product?
Search can be tough, so I am forced to watch and follow tasks/projects. Give me a better way to search and query and then there's nothing stopping you.
This is my only criticism, make search/query better please.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create support request tickets for my customers and directly raise them with engineering. It allows work to get done faster and eliminates the bottleneck.
Jira - Good and Bad about it.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is it has many features for project work and bugs tracking. It is used very often by my team, so frequency of use is high. Customer support is okay but not very fast. Ease of use is sometimes hard for new users, but once learned, implementation is smooth. Integration with other tools is good, which helps working together well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that Jira can be complicated and confusing at first, so ease of use is low for beginners. Setting up takes time, so ease of implementation is not very simple. Customer support sometimes slow to solve problems. Overall, Jira is powerful but needs effort to learn and use properly.
