Best collaboration tools for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Simple yet powerful tool to manage and maintain project progress, team tracking, bug resolution, raising issues, and dashboards for sprint management. Projects can easily be added and tracked, and can be integrated with Teams. It has become a go-to solution for tracking daily, weekly, and biweekly progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, too many fields and tracking take more time, resulting in extra effort required, which is not preferred by at least developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and progress tracking. It provides interactive dashboards which help eaily understand and track progress.
Helps Keep Everything on Track
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is how it keeps our team organized and on the same page. It’s easy to track tasks, plan sprints, and see progress in real time. The tool feels flexible and adapts well to how we work, which really helps us stay focused and move faster
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit confusing at first for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira makes it easier for our team to stay on the same page. Before, it was tough to track who was working on what, and things would slip through the cracks. Now, everything’s in one place, so we’re more organized, meet deadlines better, and keep projects running smoothly.
SDLC, project management, and business processes
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a useful tool for managing projects and initiatives within the business, with tasks being able to be divided out and clearly assigned to the right people, tracking their progress against customised workflows. It's also good for managing SDLC tasks and automating business processes - with some caveats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation and customisation can be relatively inflexible. Of course there are custom add-ons to solve most problems... if you want to pay the (usually very pricey) licensing costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex projects and products and their roadmaps and development. Helps to keep teams focused on goals and shows real progress being made against targets.
Long time JIRA user, new to Product Discovery and I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using JIRA's new Product Discovery feature and it has truly transformed our team's product planning. The seamless integration with JIRA and Confluence is a game changer, offering us real-time visibility across projects. This has greatly improved our workflow efficiency and team alignment, enabling us to make better decisions quickly. With an intuitive interface and robust functionalities, it's a must-have for any team aiming for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the depth of customization, I do tend to forget all of the ways to make fields display in locations that I need them, where or how to edit schemes and screens and workflows and to make them correctly apply to the right projects and ticket types.

Powerful but Complex Platform for Agile Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira offers a rich set of agile-focused features like customizable Scrum and Kanban boards, detailed issue tracking, and reporting dashboards. The flexibility to tailor workflows to fit unique team processes is incredibly valuable, especially for complex software projects. Jira is a central tool for task tracking and team collaboration so use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is ease of use. For new users, Jira can feel overwhelming because the interface has many options and settings that aren’t always intuitive. Even experienced users can struggle with configuring complex workflows or permissions. Customer support is generally responsive and helpful, but sometimes documentation doesn’t cover edge cases. The ease of implementation is not that good if you need to migrate data, integrate other tools, or customize workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps streamline project tracking, prioritize work effectively, and improve visibility across development teams. It reduces confusion around task ownership and deadlines while enabling better coordination between developers, testers, and product managers. By centralizing all project activities in one place, Jira improves transparency and team accountability.
Jira for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to work with Jira, additionally one can set up automations that take care of cumbersome or repetitive tasks. I use it on a daily basis to manage my own work and to check the progress of the teams and projects. It is integrated with our ticketing system so that the Customer Assistance team can assign work to the Development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to set up Jira correctly for Hybrid and Classic project management methodologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for both "run the business" and "change the business".
In the "run the business" part Jira is used for bug tracking, it is integrated with our ticketing system and it is how the Customer Assistance team (first level support) assigns work or requests support from specialized technical teams, such as the Development team (second level support).
In the "change the business" part, we use Jira to plan and manage projects, and also for product management, for the products created by our internal developers.

Help full in Issue report
What do you like best about the product?
This is very good product for error reports and solving issue reports, and I am working with multiple projects, so I can easily work with multiple projects with this single product, and the UI interface was good for managing tasks based on different statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face an issue with Jira when we have multiple projects, so it takes too much load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, this is very helpful to me in managing multiple projects and different issues with different statuses. So I can coordinate with the client easily.
Multifunctional ticketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is intuitive to use, with wide possibilites to customise. It allows to manage tasks and track the time. Atlassian support is always reponsive and available to assist with various queries and issues.
Implementing may take time, but once the project is launched, it is running well enough fo me to be able to forget how exaclty I did what (docummentation helps).
The schemes make settings really easy to apply.
Integration tools allow to use Excel, Teams, Slack, etc. with Jira quite smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The performance can be laggy.
It can be irritating when one is in hurry, but the website features load one by one and frustrating missclicks happen.

Jira is "the" tool we use to tack tasks and progress.
Jira keeps our projects Organized and Moving forward
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps our team stay on top of tasks and deadlines. I like that we can break projects down into smaller tickets, assign them, track progress all in one place. And it is easy to use interface, users can easily navigate things. And the board give a clear picture of what's in progress, what's done, and what's coming next. It's also easy to link related tasks so nothing gets lost. and we use Jira everyday for work. Once i connected with Jira team so Customer support gives you best treatment. they guide step by step.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing from my side, Jira gives us best service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me a lot, to keep our projects organized and track team member progress in which part of application they work and it helps manage priorities, and makes it clear who's working in what.
I can't imagine life without Jira
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone collaborating together - project managers, clients, testers, developers. Dashboards for the pointy haired types, timestamped conversations and screenshots/videos for the developer types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing falls off a cliff, it gets pretty expensive. An add on here, a plug in there, a few more users (because EVERYONE can use it). Just have to remind yourself what it'd be like without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to main uses for Jira: Planned work tracking, and bug/improvement/impromptu items tracking.
For the planned work, it lets us set goals and track the burn.
For the impromptu work, it makes sure nothing ever gets lost.
