I have never used option to create Pages so I am not sure if I will like it or not, and code section as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool for the project management, team collaboration for the discussion of tasks. To visualize the overall status of the project and the team member-wise status. We track bugs of the project for to achieve better quality of project.

I really like how Jira has added more user-friendly updates recently. Features like Jira Product Discovery, the new automation engine, and simplified boards make it easier for both technical and non-technical teams to collaborate, while improved Slack/Teams integrations help cut down on context-switching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users, and the interface gets cluttered. Performance slows on large boards, and it would be great if more lightweight features (like checklists) were built-in instead of relying on costly add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has solved a few of our biggest headaches around keeping work visible and organized:
Scattered tasks and communication gaps. Before Jira, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, and Slack threads to track who was doing what—and things would slip through the cracks. Now every task lives in one place, so there’s no wondering “where did that go?”
Unpredictable delivery. With no clear roadmap or sprint cadence, our releases felt rushed or late. Using Jira’s Scrum/Kanban boards and built-in reporting gives us hard data on velocity and cycle time, so we can plan realistically and hit our deadlines.
Lack of accountability. It wasn’t always obvious who owned bugs or follow-ups. Jira forces clear assignees, due dates, and statuses, which means nothing falls into a black hole—and everyone knows exactly what they’re responsible for.
Because of this, we’ve gained:
Transparency: Stakeholders can check progress at any time without pinging the team.
Better collaboration: Links to Confluence docs, code repos, and Slack keep context right next to the issue.

Additionally, the administrative side (especially permissions and scheme management) can get quite complicated without thorough documentation or experience.

For me, it means less time spent chasing updates and more time focusing on delivery. I can easily track dependencies, monitor team performance, and make data-driven decisions—all of which contribute to improved productivity and faster time-to-market for our products.
