What do you like best about the product?
Having all projects in once place as a central source of truth. Also being able to connect jira with google sheets as well as all the other applications within the atlassian suite for different end user purposes.

The out of the box reporting tools aren't the best. We've had to pay for 3rd party apps to report the data we need to see
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being a central source of truth for all on going projects. Also as a planning tool for our quarterly planning process.

Jira - used to send work to Title search

  • August 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it easy for us to manage our work and assign tasks to the right people. For our title search process, whenever we get an order, we can quickly assign it to the person whose specialization matches that task. The board view makes it simple to track progress and see who’s working on what.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit complex at first, but once you get used to it, it’s very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jira, tracking orders and assigning them to the right person took more time and often caused confusion. Now, we can see all orders in one place, assign them instantly based on specialization, and track their status. This has improved our speed, accuracy, and team coordination.

Streamlining Project Management with Jira over 3 years

  • August 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira keeps everything organized in one place from tasks and deadlines also SLA (Service Level Agreement) to team discussions. Its customizable boards, sprint tracking, and real-time updates make collaboration smoother, especially for agile projects. The ability to integrate with other tools like Confluence and GitHub is a huge plus for productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can feel overwhelming for new users because of its complex interface and wide range of features. Setting up workflows or custom fields sometimes takes more time than expected, and performance can slow down when handling large projects. It’s powerful, but the learning curve is definitely steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our team manage projects more efficiently by centralizing tasks, tracking progress in real time, and keeping everyone aligned on priorities. It solves the problem of scattered communication by integrating updates, discussions, and files in one place. This has improved our transparency, reduced missed deadlines, and made sprint planning much smoother.

A great way to prioritise and organise tasks

  • August 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for allowing multiple individuals to collaboratively plan, organise & prioritise work. In an early-stage startup environment, it's easy for individuals to get lost in a sea of disparate tools, with people tracking tasks in notepads, whiteboards or even on sheets of paper on their desk. Jira allows us to bring our task management into one single place, and offers many integrations with other third party tools - providing customisation for our specific use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some aspects of Jira feel fresh and modern, other aspects can feel a little abandoned and outdated. Atlassian seem to be launching a series of new products recently, many with a focus on AI. However, it would be nice to see them focus on improving some of the more basic aspects of Jira functionality, without getting carried away by the AI-train.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative task management - especially in a remote work environment. This helps us to keep track of our key development goals and priorities across employees, ensuring we're working on the right things at the right time, and that each person is contributing in areas that are optimised to their unique skillset.

It has highly customizable workflows which aligns to diverse team needs. JIRA supports agile frameworks like scrum and kanban excellently. It has a strong integration capabilities with extensive plugin/add-on ecosystem. It also has robust project visualization tools improve team focus and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA's interface can feel cluttered or overwhelming for large or complex projects. It's setup and complex workflow configurations sometimes require time and training of workforce responsible for integration of this tool into the organization. Sometime performance may slow with very large datasets or complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has helped us by providing highly customizable workflows. Our internal teams can tailor issue types, statuses, automation rules, and permissions to fit their precise processes, whether for software development, marketing campaigns, or customer support. Powerful project management tool with excellent tracking capabilities

  • August 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides a highly customizable workflow system that makes it easy to manage sprints, track issues, and monitor progress. The integration with development tools like Bitbucket, GitHub, and Slack ensures smooth collaboration between team members. I particularly value the filtering and reporting features, which make it easy to see priorities and blockers at a glance. For agile teams, the Kanban and Scrum boards are incredibly effective for keeping projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of Jira can be overwhelming for new users, as the number of configuration options can make setup time-consuming. The interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when navigating between multiple projects or dashboards. Performance can also slow down when dealing with large backlogs or many concurrent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our team manage software development projects from planning to deployment. It provides clear visibility into tasks, priorities, and deadlines, which keeps everyone aligned. The sprint boards make it easy to track progress and identify blockers, while custom workflows help us adapt Jira to our unique processes. This has improved communication between developers, testers, and product managers, reduced missed deadlines, and made our delivery cycles more predictable
