Jira - a nice tool to keep track of all your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who uses Jira daily, I think that is a powerful and fast project management tool that's especially well-suited for teams looking for flexibility and customization. It allows you to enter and manage as many tasks as needed, assign them to team members, set deadlines, and add comments for collaboration. The built-in email notifications help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. One of Jira's standout features is its high level of customization, which makes it adaptable to a wide range of workflows and project types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface a bit overwhelming at first. It’s not always the most intuitive platform, and there can be a learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of everything, as I deal with a high number of tasks ana people every day.

Jira's structure ticketing system makes it easy to track tasks , bugs , and feature request with clear visibility of status and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be noticeably slow at times, specially when dealing with large projects and many tickets. Loading boards, switching between issue.

Now I don't have to maintain my bugs records and my work at one place I don't have to maintain manually.

The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, and navigating between different views or projects isn’t always intuitive. Additionally, performance can slow down with large projects or extensive data, which can affect productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira keeps everything in one place. It helps from tracking bugs to linking them with user stories and test cases. I use it every day, and it makes it easy to prioritize issues, see progress at a glance, and collaborate with developers and product owners. The dashboards and filters help me stay organized, and its integration with automation tools allow me to get faster feedback and can fix issues sooner. As a result, software team is able to provide quality product to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a great tool, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when different teams set up their own workflows and fields. As per my experience, I found that some tasks, like bulk updates or detailed reporting, take longer than I’d like. And when there are too many integrations running, it can slow down, which makes day-to-day work a little less smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira makes it easier to keep everyone on the same page from testers to developers to project managers. For me as a QA Test Engineer, it means I can log bugs, connect them to related user stories, and follow their progress without things getting lost along with collaboration with developers to resolve bugs as per priory. It streamlines sprint planning, improves communication, and helps us catch and fix issues faster, which leads to smoother releases and better-quality software.
