Enforce and automatize processes with ease
What do you like best about the product?
It is one thing to be a process oriented company and another to actually follow these processes. Jira is the best cloud app. to enforce and automatize processes across departments at scale. It is fairly easy to create worflows for any kind of work item and trigger actions based on a large range of conditions so processes can be enforced at any level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across something you cannot do with Jira yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira really helped us to enforce and automatize processes across departments leading to clear and consistent handling of work items and increased transparency and traceability.
Powerful and Flexible, but Sometimes Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
How powerful and flexible it is for organizing projects. The boards and workflows make it easy to visualize tasks and track progress, while the reporting features provide useful insights into team performance. It really helps improve collaboration by keeping everyone aligned and making responsibilities clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. The number of features and configuration options can be confusing at first, and it takes time to set everything up properly. It can also feel a bit heavy for small teams or simple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me organize and track projects in a clear and structured way. It solves the problem of keeping tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities aligned across the team, which can easily get messy without a proper system. With its workflows, boards, and reporting features, I can monitor progress, identify blockers, and prioritize work more effectively. This has improved team collaboration, reduced miscommunication, and ultimately made project delivery smoother and more predictable.

Collaborate easily, Track easily own work or other work, team management, Task associated with storypoint which helps in getting appraisal, bulk task update
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes more cpu load and os load which affect laptop performance .

Bulk task update , Track each employee with their task , how much time they are taking , how much effort needed for that task using storypoint

Very easy to manage project management, time tracking, service delivery, and development-related objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, some level of knowledge may reduce the complexity of implementation and duplication of work, but a good tool

It was difficult to track the task priority and the solution provided in the past, and the ticketing history of the related solution.
Through Jira, it's become very easy and has enhanced the productivity of the team; it's very easy to integrate with other tools too

Manage everythings at one place
What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides the best tools for collaboration and real time status or data updation. Also their help and support features are very helpfull, and at any time we can frequently update the new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the platform is good and userfreindly but the colour and design needs to more imrovement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically it helps us to solve many problems regarding the project management such as better team collaboration, scheduling meeting, monitoring tasks and get updates in real time status etc.
Flexible for all team setups and workflows, but requires some effort to implement well
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility allows it to adapt to our ever-evolving workflows. It seamlessly connects to all the other Atlassian tools that we use. Once properly configured, it is easy to use and provides structure without too much overhead. The community forum is a great source of support when trying to accomplish some more complicated tasks, very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up and configuring Jira could be a bit easier, there are a lot of options and they can be quite convoluted. There are quite a few concepts that aren't explained well and can interact together to make it difficult to get the wanted results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track our dev work so we know where the team's efforts are going. It provides easy to use planning tools and helps us keep track of our performance/velocity so that we can optimize our resources and allows us to provide the rest of the company with visibility on what is being built.

I like that Jira provides robust tracking and reporting features that make it easy to manage tasks, sprints, and workflows. Its integration with other tools and customisation boards help keep projects organised and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can feel a bit complex for new users and sometimes requires extra setup to customise workflows, but once configured, it becomes very powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of tracking issues and managing agile projects in a centralised way. This benefits me by improving visibility of project progress, helping teams stay aligned, and ensuring that work is delivered on time with fewer bottlenecks.

Ability to handle multiple person input and add in time tracking.
When set up well, it is easy to use but care needs to be taken that admins don’t lock it down too much.

Exporting data can be limiting.
It is a great product but errs more on the side of those who are project management savvy with more visual and easier to set up and bespoke products out there

Jira makes teamwork more transperent and it's easy to make and maintained the sprint planning on jira

Sometimes it might me slow especially handling large projects and heavy boards

It's help for tracking and maintaining the project sprint planning and also easy to use and it's easy to set up

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it much easier to break down projects into smaller tasks and keep track of progress. I like the flexibility of boards and workflows. it adapt well whether we are working in agile sprints or handling ongoing task. The search and filter options are also really helpful when projects get large.

The amount of configuration can feel overwhelming at first, it takes some learning to get everything set up the way you want, and but once it's done it to work smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Jira to coordinate across development, QA and product teams . And it reduce confusions because everything is in one place tickets, update, priorities, and progress. This has improved visibility across the team and made it easier to hit deadlines.
