Jira review
What do you like best about the product?
Great ticketing system for escalations, we used it to escalate technical issues for gaming providers within the iGaming industry. We had it integrated with Zendesk, so we would automate escalations for the correct department and get tickets resolved with less friction and less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was a bit hard to use at first, but got easier with use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping escalate problems to 2nd Line of support for technical issues/problems for the relevant departments.
I’ve used Jira to collaborate with my team and keep projects on schedule.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to follow tasks and see progress and It’s also easy to implement. I use it often for sprints and task management, and I like the many features, even if they can sometimes feel overwhelming. I haven’t needed much support, but the guides and community are helpful. It also connects well with tools like Confluence, GitHub, and Slack, which makes project work smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira feels a bit complex and takes time to learn.

Jira solves the problem of managing projects and tracking tasks in one place. It helps me and my team stay organized, follow progress, and meet deadlines. With features like sprints, boards, and integrations, it makes collaboration easier and keeps everyone on the same page.
JIRA the best work log tracker
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is easy and user friendly. My working logs, tasks and status tracking are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some UI/UX changes other than that feature and functionalities are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will forget what I worked last week or month even last day but once we log here it is very easy to take back and see. Also based on this tracking everyone can see what task assigned and what I am working so based on that workload they assign task.
I really enjoy jira and the metrics it provides
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is the way information can be extracted, the reports, and the traceability it provides for each type of issue. Its query language is very easy to use and adapts to any type of operation. I use it daily, and creating projects and dashboards is simple and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least are the predefined charts in Jira dashboards—they're very limited and don't always show what you're looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don´t understand the question
We use jira fo IT service managment and its user friendly

I like more on the automation on jia and broad collections of apps to integrate like slack, teams etc

It would be great if jira had asset managment tool also included, so that it will be easy for administrators to tag assets in the tickets of users issued asset.

We use it to manage IT tickets and provide access to different project as administrator
A classic for work organization

Best tool for agile teams and complex projects
What do you like best about the product?
Jira lets us organize work in the team's way. It is great for those who use Scrum or Kanban, and the reports help to track everything properly. It integrates well with other Atlassian tools and works well for both small and large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to learn at first, the interface may seem confusing and heavy, and advanced settings require some effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows visibility of the work of all areas of the company, track individual and team issues, and maintain complete documentation, from the product backlog to the final delivery of the project.
Powerful project management tool with great tracking but a bit complex
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is excellent for project and task management. I like how it allows me to organize work into boards, sprints, and backlogs. The issue tracking system is very detailed and makes collaboration easy between developers, testers, and managers. I also find the integrations with Confluence, Slack, and GitHub very helpful for streamlining workflows. Overall, it keeps projects transparent and helps my team stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can feel overwhelming at first because of its complexity. The interface has many features that are not always intuitive, especially for beginners. Setting up custom workflows also takes time and requires learning. Sometimes the system slows down with very large projects. It would be great if the UI was more simplified for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us manage projects and track tasks effectively. It is very useful for bug tracking, sprint planning, and managing workflows across teams. With Jira, we have better visibility into project progress, deadlines, and responsibilities. It improves collaboration between developers, testers, and managers, which saves time and reduces confusion.
Data Center Solution | Field Service Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira keeps everything organized in one place. It’s easy to follow tasks, see what the team is working on, and stay updated without needing long meetings. I also like the boards and reports — they make it simple to track progress and spot blockers early. Plus, it connects well with tools we already use, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira feels a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are so many features and settings that it can take time to figure out the best way to use them. The interface can also feel a little heavy at times, and performance slows down if you’re working with very large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us bring structure and clarity to complex projects. Before, tasks and bugs were scattered across emails and chat threads, but now everything is centralized and trackable. It makes it much easier to prioritize work, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
The biggest benefit is the visibility it provides—everyone on the team knows what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s next. That transparency saves us a lot of time, reduces miscommunication, and ultimately helps us deliver projects faster and with higher quality.

It's the right tool if the setup is right
What do you like best about the product?
Lot's of flexibility when collaborating with teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be cumbersome at times and while a lot of flexibility can be useful, it may be exactly the thing that drags down the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly collaborating with the team on projects & initiatives.
