Best for project and task management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily coordinate with other teams. I use JIRA mainly for task management. I like how I get notified for any update on teams directly because of their easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their integrated jira cloud app on teams may send additional notifications for any activity on the task assigned to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ground team reaches out to us through JIRA tasks. It helps me organise my daily task, track the progress and collaborate with other departments if required.
An Essential Tool for Agile Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Very likely . jira is extremely powerful for tracking tasks, bugs,and project progress , especially in agile teams
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime jira feels overwhelming , because of its features and configurations , the UI can also feel heavy , and reports take a bit of setup to be useful .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
jira solves the problem of task management and project visibility in software development . this benefits me by keeping tasks organized , ensuring deadlines are visible , and helping the team stay aligned on sprint goals

What do you like best about the product?
Its an amazing tool to track work progress between peers.
Also it gives real time information of status of work between different teams on different tasks as to what stage it is at ensuring smooth work distribution and project handling.
I have been using Jira for multiple projects handling and implementation for analysing details of bugs and development and resolution stages becomes easy.
Jira is used every-day to decide the day's work and backlogs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow and dashboard understanding is a little complex for beginners and requires training for fresh joiners to understand the working of application.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira tickets once created stays as a record so anytime later a similar issue is encountered, we get a track of actions taken for it.
Jira has resolution section where the solutions for bugs are recorded which helps in the future for having a record.
The unique ticket id's ensure sharing tasks and events easy and issue free.

The customization for issue types and creating workflows are really great and stand out as excellent features, you can also create boards to match the specific needs and SOP's.

The complexity for setting up can be a learning curve, especially if you will be doing a few dashboards.
