Great tool for project management and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
1. Great tool for project management and tracking.
2. It has board and sprint view which help me to track mine and mine team mate task.
3.It has easy integration with Google drive which help me attach documents to the tickets.
4. I used daily for creating ticket on an average of 3.
5. There is easy customer support for it and we have integrated jira webhook to our application.
6. And the API is really easy to implement,

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It can feel bit laggy and every API is really slow.
2. It has bit cluttered interface and lot of feature is given in one module.

Honest review of jira
What do you like best about the product?
we can easily manage the team activities, we can also manage the sprint planning.
We can create multiple tickets like task, sub task, bug, production bug.
Based on due date we can check which item has due date, and there are multi fields we can add like product name, customer name, story points.
There are multiple features in the jira and thats awesome like if we create a task then automatically created the subtask whenever its assigne to someone.
we can track our old issue using AI feature that jira provide newly so we can manage our customer issues.

I used jira daily and As of now no dislike for jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem - difficult to track who is working on which item.
Solution - Using the jira we can check, which user have which items, who worked on specific item at past, we manage every thing like sprint planning, jira item track, production plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps to tracks tasks and project in one place. it is very useful for agile teams with boards, sprints, and reports. we can also connect it with other tools like Confluence and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool feels a bit complex at first and new users need training. Sometimes it is slow when project are big. Cost also increase when more users or plugins are added.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira keeps everything organized in one place. The boards and spring planning make it easy to see what's in progress and what's coming next. The integration with other tools are super handy, and the reporting gives a good snapshot of where the team stands.

it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features and options. Once you get used to it though, it becomes much easier to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us manage the tasks across the team and keep track of deadlines without things slipping through the cracks. Its especially useful for sprint planning and making sure everyone knows what they're working on. Having all updates, comments and progress in one place saves a lot of back and forth over email or chat. It also gives better visibility for managers to see overall progress, which makes planning and reporting much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira stands out for its powerful issue and project tracking capabilities. Over years of use, the customizable workflows have saved so much time, and the Agile boards (Scrum, Kanban) make team collaboration super transparent and organized. The integrations with tools like Slack, Confluence, and GitHub also mean fewer silos and more productivity. It’s scalable for both small projects and enterprise-level work, and the reporting and dashboard features provide great visibility into our progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be overwhelming for new users—there’s a definite learning curve before everything ‘clicks’. Sometimes the interface feels cluttered, and core features are hidden behind a lot of clicks or configuration settings. For smaller or less technical teams, setup and customization might feel like overkill. Also, costs rise quickly as you add users or need more advanced functionality, and certain plugin integrations can be pricey or require extra admin work.

Best for project and task management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily coordinate with other teams. I use JIRA mainly for task management. I like how I get notified for any update on teams directly because of their easy integration.

Sometimes their integrated jira cloud app on teams may send additional notifications for any activity on the task assigned to you.

Our ground team reaches out to us through JIRA tasks. It helps me organise my daily task, track the progress and collaborate with other departments if required.
